dc.description.abstract	Para posicionar a Confines como municipio de atracción turística no solo basta con tener los sitios de interés sino invertir en ellos, organizándolos, adecuándolos, para recibir al turista y manteniéndolos, seria un esfuerzo conjunto entre la administración municipal, departamental y la empresa privada pues en Confines no se ha hecho ningún tipo de inversión en este campo. Para ello, se hace necesario contar con cuatro proyectos basados en el ecoturismo, en potenciar el sector cultural y en fortalecer el patrimonio cultural, además de incentivar la gastronomía, sitios de hospedaje, restaurantes, estaderos, oficinas con personal capacitado para ofrecer deportes de aventura como espedologia, rappel, campings, senderismo y parapente. Todos ellos encaminados a proteger, conservar y difundir el patrimonio cultural. También, incentivar en la comunidad un sentido de pertenencia hacia su municipio y de sus riquezas para empezar a valorar lo que se tiene. También, se debe proyectar la educación ambiental con el propósito de no lesionar el medio ambiente mientras se implementan los proyectos turísticos. Así mismo, hacer un diagnóstico que tenga en cuenta el desconocimiento del entorno, realice un balance de las debilidades o amenazas del sector, así como sus fortalezas y oportunidades. Consecuentemente, se debe pensar en capacitar a los guías turísticos y su importancia en volverse vigías del patrimonio cultural municipal. Éstos, deben cumplir con la función de informar, guiar y dirigir al turista y poseer amplia cultura general, conocer su municipio y dominar el tema. Por lo anterior, se hace necesaria la creación de una oficina de turismo encaminada a la elaboración de proyectos promocionales que incentiven y atraigan al turismo, hacer campañas publicitarias, pauta radial, televisiva, adhesivos y vallas.

For it, becomes necessary to have four projects based on the ecotourism, potentializing the cultural sector and strengthening the cultural patrimony, besides motivating the gastronomy, lodging places, restaurants, spas, offices with personnel qualified to offer adventure sports ace rappel, camping site, walks and parapets. All they guided to protect, conserve and diffuse the cultural patrimony. Also, motivate in the community a sense of ownership toward their municipality and of their wealth to begin to value what one has. Also, should be projected the environmental education with the purpose of not injuring the environment while the tourist projects are implemented. Likewise, make a diagnosis that keeps in mind the ignorance of the environment, carry out a balance of the weaknesses or threats of the sector, as well as their strengths and opportunities. Consequently, it should be thought of qualifying to the tourist guides and their importance in becoming mastheads of the municipal cultural patrimony. These, they should fulfill the function of informing, to guide and to direct to the tourist and to possess wide general culture, to know their municipality and dominate the topic. For the above-mentioned, it becomes necessary the creation of an office of tourism guided to the elaboration of promotional projects that motivate and attract to the tourism, make advertising campaigns, it averages radial, television, adhesives and barriers.
