| dc.description.abstract | Lo que rodea a nuestra sociedad hoy, son cambios diarios en la tecnología, en elsistema laboral, en el estilo de vida, motivo por el cual la educación también se veobligada a participar en la formación de sus estudiantes. Los cambios han repercutidosignificativamente en el desempleo de los profesionales y entre estos afectados, seencuentran involucrados los Fonoaudiólogos quienes requieren buscar otrasestrategias innovadoras, de manera que se necesita inquietar a los universidades ydocentes responsables, la necesidad de tener en cuenta durante la formaciónprofesional programas con énfasis empresarial que ponga en evidencia elmejoramiento laboral, bien sea para ejercer en una empresa o como trabajadorindependiente. Se considera imprescindible generar en los estudiantes el desarrollo de competencias,incentivar la creatividad y valorar los proyectos e inquietudes de los alumnos, debido aque sus aportes pueden ser valiosos para la educación en general. La intención fue establecer una estrategia que lleve a reflexionar a las universidades,docentes, estudiantes involucrados con fonoaudiología a participar también comovoceros ante la nación, gobiernos, secretaría de educación y otros pertenecientes aeste campo educativo para que incluyan a esta disciplina en los sectores escolarescomo requisito para el mejoramiento de la educación, en especial la básica primaria,lo cual apunta a una posible solución para el mejoramiento de su identidad comodisciplina científica. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | Today, what surround our society are daily changes in technology, the working system,the life style, whitch is why education is forced to participate in the formation of itsstudents. The changes have caused a significant impact in the unemployment ofprofessionals and among the affected; the fonoaudidlogos can be found who need tosearch other innovative strategies. As such, the responsible universities and teachersneed to be stirred, so that they can take into account during the professional formationprograms which emphasize on enterprises that evidences labor improvement, wither toexert in an enterprise or as an independent worker. It is considered crucial to generate in the students the development of competences,the stimulation of creativity and the valuation of the students’ projects and questions,due to the fact that their contributions can be valuable for education in general. The intention was to establish a strategy that leads the universities, teachers andstudents involved with Fonoaudiologia to reflect on their participation as spokespeoplebefore the nation, governments, Education Secretary and others belonging to thiseducative field to include this discipline in the scholar sectors as a requirement for theimprovement of education, specially basic elementary education, which aims to apossible solution of the improvement of its identity as a scientific discipline. | |
