| dc.description.abstractenglish | One of the basic needs for product design or workspaces is the knowledge of men from their different psychological, physiological, biomechanical, anatomical, social, and anthropometrics aspects among others. The Colombian people need anthropometric tables that are updated and viable but this condition is not submitted actually4, therefore it is the responsibility of ergonomics to do concerning studies. The Web tool ANTROPOS 2.0 is part of a larger5 research project that supports and which support the academic and industrial community interested in designing better ergonomic conditions, this software tool ANTROPOS 2.0 developed for managing biometric data, can generate statistical information, a result of measures taken in a study population and placing them on a platform of free Internet access, which can be consulted by anyone interested in product design or spaces work in a reliably and efficiently form. The tool is divided into three main parts: the database, the Web site and consultation by the second user. For its development were used the principles of usability and user centered design, involved throughout the design process to obtain a user friendly navigation, efficient, intuitive, while complying with its functional purpose. The programming language used for the web site was Html, for the application used ActionScript, Php, and the MySQL database.
