dc.description.abstract	El presente documento es el resultado del desarrollo de la práctica jurídico social realizada en las instalaciones de la Fiscalía Quinta de la Unidad de conciliación pre-procesal. La práctica se desarrolló en tres etapas. Inicialmente se realizó un análisis sobre los procesos que se descongestionaron en este despacho durante los meses de noviembre y diciembre de 2017; una vez conocidos los resultados, se analizaron los factores que impedían concretar acuerdos de conciliación, con el fin de implementar estrategias que permitieran llegar a acuerdos entre las partes. Establecidas las estrategias se evacuaron audiencias de conciliación, donde se propendió por llegar al mayor número de acuerdos posibles. Finalmente se analizaron los resultados de los acuerdos a los que se llegó durante el desarrollo de la práctica, lo cual permitió evidenciar la eficacia y utilidad de la conciliación pre-procesal en los procesos que se exige este mecanismo como requisito de procedibilidad. A la par se llevó un control sobre los procesos que se archivaron y de los procesos que se remitieron a la Fiscalía local y la causal respectiva. Como producto de la práctica y en aras de implementar la importancia de este mecanismo alternativo de solución de conflictos, se elaboró una cartilla didáctica dirigida al público.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This document is the result of the development of the social legal practice carried out in the facilities of the Fifth Prosecutor's Office of the preprocessing conciliation unit. The practice was developed in three stages. Initially, an analysis was made of the processes that were decongested in this office during the months of November and December of 2017; once the results were known, the factors that hindered the consensus agreements of conciliation were analyzed, in order to implement strategies that allowed reaching agreements between the parties. Once these strategies were established, conciliation hearings were held where it was proposed to reach as many agreements as possible. At the same time, a control was kept over the processes that were filed and the processes that were sent to the local Prosecutor's Office and the respective cause. Finally, the results of the agreements reached during the development and the practice were analyzed, which resulted in the effectiveness and usefulness of the preprocessing conciliation in the processes that require this mechanism as a requisite and procedure. As a result of the practice and in the practices of implementing the importance of this alternative mechanism of conflict resolution, a didactic booklet was prepared for the public. C
