| dc.description.abstract | El presente informe tiene como objetivo mostrar las actividades que se desempeñaron en el tiempo que transcurrió la practica empresarial con la empresa Oteco Ltda., en cuanto a las labores de apoyo al desarrollo y mantenimiento de Gestión de la Calidad ISO 9001 en consultoría en diseño estructural y construcción de edificaciones. El desarrollo de la práctica empresarial en Oteco Ltda. nace de la necesidad de la implementación de un sistema de salud ocupacional y seguridad industrial en ella, además de la necesidad de una persona que sirva de apoyo a las labores que corresponden al mantenimiento y mejora continua de todos los procesos concernientes al Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad implementado en Oteco Ltda., para así garantizar que todos los proyectos que se desarrollan tanto en el proceso de consultoría en diseño estructural como en construcción de edificaciones, llenen las expectativas de sus clientes respetando siempre los requerimientos normativos exigidos, y las normas legales vigentes que se aplican para estas actividades.3 | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The objective of this report is to show the carry out activities in the development of the enterprise practice, with the construction enterprise Oteco Ltda. About the support activities to the development and maintenance of quality Management ISO 9001 in attendance of structural desing and in building of projects with Oteco Ltda. The development of the enterprise practice with Oteco Ltda., comes out of the need for implementation of occupational health and industrial security there, resides of the need for a person who supports the ruties of maintenance and continuos improvement of all the process concerning to the system of quality management executed in Oteco Ltda. In order to ensure that all the developed projects in the process of attendance in structural design as in construction of buildings also, fulfil the expectations of this customers, and always respecting the normative requeriments asked, and the legal current rules, that apply to these activities.6 | |
