| dc.description.abstract | La universidad tiene mucho que ganar con la adopción de políticas que promuevan la creación y la gestión de activos de propiedad intelectual. La propiedad intelectual tiene que ver con las creaciones de la mente: las invenciones, las obras literarias y artísticas, los símbolos, los nombres, las imágenes y los dibujos y modelos utilizados en el comercio. Dada la necesidad que se tiene por impulsar la cultura de la propiedad intelectual (PI) en la academia, y de promover la innovación tecnológica y la competitividad, queda como herramienta un formato que se denomina “Acuerdo sobre propiedad intelectual”. Este formato fue construido en el lenguaje de programación JAVA. Además un curso básico de PI, (diseñado en FrontPage) que estará vinculado con el formato “ACUERDO SOBRE PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL”, para que sirva como soporte a la herramienta diseñada en este proyecto. Estas herramientas permitirán hacer una identificación de los proyectos que tengan una posible protección como propiedad intelectual o aplicación industrial, que retribuya a la universidad. Se espera que esta herramienta sea publicada en el sitio Web de la universidad. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The university has a lot that to gain with the adoption of politics that promote the creation and the intellectual property assets management. The intellectual property has to do with the creations of the mind: the inventions, the artistic and literary works, the symbols, the names, the images and the drawings and models utilized in the commerce. It given the need that considers itself to prompt the culture of the intellectual property (PI) in the academy, and to promote the technological innovation and the competitiveness, remains as tool a format that is called “Agreement on intellectual property”. This format was built in the programming language JAVA. Besides a basic course of PI, (designed in FrontPage) that will be linked with the format “AGREEMENT ON INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY”, so that serve as backup to the tool designed in this project. These tools will permit to do an identification of the projects that have a possible protection as intellectual property or industrial application, that pay to the university. To achieve a greater efficiency and efficacy in this process, is required to establish inside the university, the possibility to know, like the state of the technique is carried out, that permits to show the real conditions of the advance that has determined fear inside the scientific community. It is recommended that the university establish covenants of cooperation with the companies of registration of the intellectual property as they are the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) and the National Direction of royalties, so that the study of the state of the technique can be a tool that all the university community handle. It is expected that this tool be published in the website of the university.N/A | |
