| dc.description.abstract | El propósito del proyecto de grado es aportar a la gerencia general de COOMULDESA LTDA, herramientas gerenciales para el manejo y coordinación del talento humano con el objeto de facilitar la implementación de programas encaminados en la búsqueda de un mejor ambiente laboral, calidad en el servicio y el mejoramiento en la coordinación del cargo de Jefe del departamento de Talento Humano a partir de programas y procesos que se deberán aplicar para el desarrollo de las personas. Este documento contiene resultados de una planeación estratégica en función del talento humano que diagnosticó la situación en que se encontraba COOMULDESA LTDA, sugiriendo y desarrollando algunas estrategias de mejoramiento en lo que se refiere a la actualización de los procesos de gestión como reclutamiento y selección de personas; diseño, documentación e implementación de la evaluación de desempeño; clasificación de la compensación que recibe el trabajador; rediseño del manual de funciones; estudio del clima organizacional y motivacional; así como un plan de carrera basado en competencias. Por último se propone algunas recomendaciones con el objeto de implementarlas, optando por le desarrollo del personal que hace parte de la empresa y así lograr la integración de los objetivos personales y organizacionales, en objetivos comunes y de realización mutua. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The intention of the degree project is to contribute to the general management of COOMULDESA LTDA, managemental tools for the handling and coordination of the human talent with the intention of facilitating the implementation of programs directed in the search of a better labor atmosphere, quality in the service and the improvement in the coordination of the position of Head of the department of Human Talent from programs and processes that will be due to apply for the development of the people. This document contains results of a strategic planning based on the human talent that it diagnosed the situation in which was COOMULDESA LTDA, suggesting and developing some strategies of improvement in which talks about to the update of the processes of management like recruitment and selection of people; design, documentation and implementation of the performance evaluation; classification of the compensation that receives the worker; redesign of the manual of functions; study of the organizacional and motivacional climate; as well as a plan of race based on competitions. Finally one sets out some recommendations with the intention of implementing them, choosing by him development of the personnel who is part of the company and thus to obtain the integration of the personal and organizacionales objectives, in common objectives and of mutual accomplishment | |
