dc.description.abstract	La falla de Bucaramanga es una estructura de gran magnitud y extensión predominante en la topografía colombiana y de poco estudio a su vez. en el presente estudio se puede establecer que es una falla bastante evolucionada con una complejidad morfológica bástate distinguible, observándose en gran parte de su extinción sur morfoestructuras tales como lomos de presión, ganchos de falla y lomos de obturación conformando un patrón lineal, pudiéndose observar una geometría anastomosada configurando un patrón de lentes alargados cizallados, indicando que esta es una estructura en un estado bastante evolucionado preservando su cinemática sinestral. A su vez en su análisis microtectonico y mesoestructural se pudo observar gran parte de la deformación progresiva a la que fue sometida la zona de cizalla la falla de Bucaramanga producto de su mismo desplazamiento. Observado desde un estado inicial dúctil, evidenciado por distintas estructuras e indicadores cinemáticos tales como estructuras S-C, S-C‟, mineral fish,estructuras delta y mesoestructuras tales como bandas kink, pliegues isóclinales y pliegues asimétricos; Que se generaron durante en esta fase deformativa hasta un estado frágil caracterizado por cizalla tipo ríedel y venas, atreves de las cuales se establecieron cinco eventos deformativos evidenciados en la zona estudio, siendo los dos últimos característicos de la deformación progresiva producto del desplazamiento de la falla de Bucaramanga.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The Bucaramanga fault is a structure of great magnitude and extention predominant in the Colombian topography and the little study in turn. in this study we can establish that the Bucaramanga fault is a evolved estructure with a morphological complexity observed in much of the south part of the fault with diferent morphostructures such as pressure ridges forming a linear pattern, being able to observe a anastomosed geometry setting a pattern of elongated lenses sheared, indicating that this is a structure in a advanced state preserving the sinistral kinematic. In turn in the microtectonic and mesoestructural analysis we observed much of the progressive deformation to which the rock was subjected in the Bucaramanga fault shear zone product of the same displacement. Observing the progressive deformation from a ductile initial state, evidenced by different structures and kinematic indicators such as SC structures, S-C ', mineral fish, delta structures and mesostructures such as kink bands, isoclinal and asymmetric folds; Generated during this deformational phase to a fragile state characterized by type Riedel shears and veins, of which five deformational events can be evidenced in the study area, being the last two states characteristic of the progressive deformation product of the displacement of the Bucaramanga fault.
