dc.description.abstract	Hannah Arendt, filósofa alemana de ascendencia judía y víctima del Régimen Nacional Socialista Alemán, se ocupó de analizar desde una perspectiva fenomenológica, con un enfoque genealógico-arqueológico, el fenómeno del surgimiento de los gobiernos totalitarios y la forma en la que estos ejercieron el poder, configurándose en una forma de gobierno nunca antes vista. Arendt adelantó su análisis acerca del totalitarismo, el cual será objeto de investigación del presente trabajo, en especial a partir de los gobiernos del Tercer Reich en Alemania (1933-1945) dirigido por Adolf Hitler y la Unión Soviética (1930-1956) en Rusia en cabeza de Losif Stalin.
dc.description.abstractenglish	Hannah Arendt, German philosopher of Jewish descent and victim of the German National Socialist Regime, analyzed from a phenomenological perspective, with a genealogical-archaeological approach, the phenomenon of the emergence of totalitarian governments and the way in which they exercised power, configuring themselves in a form of government never seen before. The German thinker, Arendt advanced her analysis of totalitarianism, the object of research of this work from the governments of the Third Reich in Germany (1933-1945) led by Adolf Hitler and the Soviet Union (1930-1956) in Russia headed by Losif Stalin.
