dc.description.abstract	Birrería SAS, nase para dar respuesta a una necesidad del Municipio de San Alberto, que adolece de espacios de sano esparcimiento donde las personas se puedan deleitar de la combinación agradable que se convierte cenar con una buena música. El desarrollo de este proyecto plantea los 5 estudios fundamentales que enmarcan la factibilidad o viabilidad para su puesta en marcha, en donde se inicia con la exploración del mercado teniendo esto como base para la construcción de un estudio completo de mercados en donde se analizan factores claves como la demanda que se entraría a atender y la oferta que en este momento se encuentra y pudiese ser catalogada como competencia. Las capacidades de producción y que permitan prestar un servicio óptimo es un tema prioritario abordado en el estudio técnico en donde contará desde la ubicación del establecimiento hasta cuantas personas trabajaran allí y con cuanta infraestructura se contará para la operación y desarrollo de la empresa. El anterior estudio, se apoya y se direcciona a través de una estructura organizacional que planteada teniendo en cuenta toda la normatividad existente en Colombia para este tipo de negocios y el funcionamiento correcto y legal de la Birrería. Por último, se proyecta la situación financiera del proyecto, construyendo sus estados financieros a cinco años, revisando inicialmente las necesidades de capital de trabajo, la inversión diferida y la inversión fija. Se concluye el estudio con la evaluación financiera del proyecto y se presenta el proyecto en los aportes a la protección del medio ambiente y su responsabilidad social empresarial.
dc.description.abstractenglish	Birrería SAS, docking station to respond to a need of the municipality of San Alberto, which suffers from spaces of healthy recreation where people can enjoy pleasant combination that becomes dinner with good music. The development of this project raises the 5 fundamental studies framing the feasibility or viability for its implementation, in where it starts with exploring the market with this as a basis for the construction of a Studio full of markets where discusses key factors like demand which would serve and the offering at this time is and could be classified as competition. Production capabilities and allow optimal service is a priority issue addressed in the technical study where will from the location of the settlement until many people work there and be counted how much infrastructure for the operation and development of the company. The previous study, supports and directs through an organizational structure that raised taking into account all the regulations existing in Colombia for this type of business and the correct and legal operation of the Birreria. Finally, projected financial situation of the project, building its financial statements for five years, initially reviewing the needs of working capital, deferred investment and fixed investment. It concludes with the financial evaluation of the project and the project is presented in the contributions to the protection of the environment and its corporate social responsibility.
