dc.description.abstract	Con el fin de brindar un servicio diferente y de calidad, nació la idea de negocio de crear un Jardín Materno Infantil en el municipio de Girón, donde actualmente hay una necesidad, y es que ninguna de las instituciones actuales ofrece el servicio de sala cuna, y es donde se iniciaría a marcar la diferencia en la nueva institución educativa. Para corroborar lo anterior, se realizó un estudio de mercados a la población de los estratos 2 y 3, que son la población objetivo de este proyecto, en donde los encuestados manifiestan no estar muy satisfechos con los servicios de las actuales instituciones que tiene como razón de ser ofrecer educación preescolar, además se muestran interesados en adquirir los servicios del Jardín Infantil Rayitos de Luz. Es necesario para empezar a funcionar se abrirán 184 cupos, para niños de 6 meses hasta los 5 años, cubriendo un 6% de la demanda insatisfecha actual en el mercado, con el fin de poder brindar educación de calidad, y como apenas se da inicio a la propuesta de sala cuna en el municipio. Se contará inicialmente con una planta de 10 docentes, el rector que será también el coordinador académico, una secretaria auxiliar contable, persona debidamente capacidad para prestar un buen servicio y con el cuidado que se merecen los niños cuando están en esa etapa, donde se les debe cuidar con mucho amor. En la parte financiera se debe contar con un capital de $94.270.443, un capital de trabajo de $10.043.643, se refleja una TIR de 39%, porcentaje muy bueno en este proyecto, donde la inversión se estaría recuperando en dos años y un mes.
dc.description.abstractenglish	In order to offer a different service and of quality, there was born the idea of business of creating a Mother Infantile Garden in Girón's municipality, where nowadays there is a need, and being that none of the current institutions offers the service of room cradle, and it is where it would begin to marking the difference in the new educational institution. To corroborate the previous thing, a study of markets was realized to the population of the strata 2 and 3, which are the population objectively of this project, where the polled ones demonstrate not to be very satisfied by the services of the current institutions that pre-school education has as raison d'être offer, in addition they prove to be interested parties in acquiring the services of the Infant school Rayitos of Light. It is necessary to start working 184 quotas will be opened, for children of 6 months up to 5 years, covering 6 % of the unsatisfied current demand on the market, in order to be able to offer qualit education, and since scarcely cradle is given beginning to the offer of room in the municipality. One will possess initially a plant of 10 teachers, the rector who will be also the academic coordinator, an auxiliary countable secretary, there presents due aptitude to give a good service and with the care that the children deserve when they are in this stage, where it is necessary to to take care of them with very much love. In the financial part one must count with the capital of $94.270.443, the capital of work of $10.043.643, there is reflected a TIR of 39%, percentage very good at this project, where the investment would be recovering in two years and one month.
