dc.description.abstract	EL COLEGIO BILINGÜE CHESTER PALMER, buscando ser una organización más competitiva, creyó en la necesidad de implementar un Sistema de Gestión en Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, para poder cumplir con algunos requisitos exigidos por los clientes. Debido a esto en la estructuración y desarrolló de este proyecto se logró diseñar la documentación necesaria para establecer el Sistema y que este en su implementación, sea acorde a los requisitos de la NTC-OHSAS 18001:2007, estableciendo como modelo de ejecución la activa participación de los involucrados. Gracias al apoyo de la administración y la participación de los trabajadores, se logro establecer cada uno de los procesos y procedimientos estratégicos de la organización, permitiendo establecer una herramienta que garantiza que se velará por el bienestar integral del trabajador y plasmará de forma objetiva, todas las actividades relacionadas en seguridad y salud ocupacional llevadas a cabo en ella. Estas actividades y programas, quedaron plasmadas de forma detallada en cada uno de los procedimientos diseñados para la organización. Mediante la ejecución de este proyecto, se logró implementar la documentación necesaria, la cual está conformada por el manual de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, los procedimientos necesarios, los instructivos que describen como se llevan a cabo las actividades en la organización y los registros que sirven como evidencias de la implementación del Sistema.
dc.description.abstractenglish	BILINGUAL SCHOOL CHESTER PALMER, looking to be a more competitive, believed in the need to implement a Safety Management System and Occupational Health, to meet some requirements of customers. Because of this in the structuring and development of this project managed to design the necessary documentation to establish the system and that its implementation is in line with the requirements of OHSAS 18001:2007 NTC-establishing as the execution model of active participation of those involved. With the support of management and employee participation, were able to establish each of the strategic processes and procedures of the organization, thus allowing for a tool that ensures that cater for the welfare of the worker and capture an objective, all related activities in occupational safety and health carried out in it. These activities and programs were reflected in detail in each of the procedures designed for the organization. Through this project, we were able to implement the necessary documentation, which consists of the manual Occupational Safety and Health, the procedures, the instructions that describe how the activities conducted in the organization and the records that serve as evidence of the implementation of the system.
