dc.description.abstract	La Universidad Industrial de Santander es una institución académica de educación superior dedicada a la formación de personas de alta calidad, por medio de la difusión del saber en sus diversas ramas. Esta institución en aras del cumplimiento de su misión incurre en la prestación del servicio de transporte para uso de personal docente, estudiantil, administrativo o para mantenimiento de la infraestructura del campus principal y cada una de las sedes, a través del parque automotor que tiene a su disposición. El presente proyecto está basado en el desarrollo del diagnóstico realizado al subproceso de transporte y movilidad de la universidad adscrito a la División de Planta Física, y según las falencias encontradas se plantea un plan de mejoramiento enfocado en acciones a emprender para cada pilar del Plan Estratégico de Seguridad Vial. Seguidamente, de acuerdo a la normatividad vigente se realiza la estructura documental requerida, que contiene matrices, procedimientos, formatos, entre otros. Por otra parte, se establece el diseño y elaboración de un sistema de indicadores de gestión que permita a largo plazo monitorear la medición de los resultados luego de implementar lo planteado en este documento, así mismo se diseña una herramienta que permite facilitar la ejecución de auditorías internas y medir el desempeño del PESV. Finalmente se llevó a cabo la socialización de las propuestas formuladas junto con las conclusiones y recomendaciones a la dirección de planta física y así, poder dar cumplimento a los objetivos específicos planteados en el proyecto.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The Industrial University of Santander is an academic institution of higher education dedicated to the training of people of high quality, through the dissemination of knowledge in its various branches. This institution for the purpose of fulfilling its mission incurs the provision of the transport service for the use of teaching, student, administrative or infrastructure maintenance on the main campus and each of the headquarters, through the automotive park that has your disposition. The present project is based on the development of the diagnosis made to the transport and mobility subprocess of the university attached to the of the Physical Plant Division, and according to the shortcomings found, an improvement plan focused on actions to be undertaken for each pillar of the Strategic Plan is proposed of Road Safety. Then, according to the current regulations the documentary structure required it contains matrices, procedures, formats, among others. On the other hand, the design and elaboration of a system of management indicators that allow in the long term to monitor the measurement of the results after implementing what has been proposed in this document, as well as a tool that will facilitate the execution of internal audits, and measure the performance of the PESV. Finally the socialization of what was formulated together with conclusions and recommendations to the management of the physical plant, in order to comply with the specific objectives set out in the project.
