| dc.description.abstract | La población desplazada es la más vulnerada en el conflicto armado, y al interior de esta población, son las mujeres las victimas por excelencia; siendo conciente que las victimas del desplazamiento necesitan empezar a conocer sus derechos, convertirse en garantes de los mismos y realizar procesos de exigibilidad, se considera pertinente trabajar el conocimiento y la enseñanza de los Derechos Humanos (DDHH) y el Derecho Internacional Humanitario (DIH), teniendo como base la educación popular, trabajando desde metodologías como la pedagogía activa, puesto que esta permite usar herramientas que lleven a la construcción del conocimiento sea a través de cada una de las experiencias de las mujeres involucradas en el proceso, convirtiéndolas en las actrices fundamentales de su aprendizaje. Es por esto que esta experiencia tiene como objetivo diseñar, aplicar y promover un proceso de pedagogía activa para la apropiación, ejercicio y defensa de los DDHH y el DIH a un grupo de mujeres en situación de desplazamiento forzado de Bucaramanga, su Área Metropolitana y Lebrija en Santander. Una de las conclusiones a la que se pudo llegar fue que al ser las mujeres las que más sufren condición de desplazamiento y que gran parte de esta población proviene de zonas rurales, es importante resaltar que no se presenta un reconocimiento de si mismas como mujeres, es decir, no se identifican como seres autónomos, su reconocimiento es medido en función del servicio a los otros; y además existe una influencia cultural (machismo) al interior de estas comunidades que es incentivada por ellas mismas. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The displaced population is the more harmed in the armed conflict, and to this population's interior, they are the women you par excellence kill them; being conscience that you kill them of the displacement needs to begin to know their rights, to become guarantors of the same ones and to carry out recoverableness processes, it is considered pertinent to work the knowledge and the teaching of the Human Rights (DDHH) and the Humanitarian International Right (DIH), having like base the popular education, working from methodologies like the active pedagogy, since this it allows to use tools that take to the construction of the knowledge it is through each one of the experiences of the women involved in the process, transforming them into the fundamental actresses of their learning. It is for this reason that this experience has as objective to design, to apply and to promote a process of active pedagogy for the appropriation, exercise and defense of the DDHH and the DIH to a group of women in situation of forced displacement of Bucaramanga, their Metropolitan Area and Lebrija in Santander. One of the conclusions to which you could arrive went that to the being the women those that more suffers displacement condition and that this population's great part comes from the rural areas, it is important to stand out that a recognition is not presented of if same as women, that is to say, they are not identified as autonomous beings, its recognition is measured in function from the service to the other ones; and a cultural influence also exists (machismo) to the interior of these communities that is motivated by themselves. | |
