dc.description.abstract	El proyecto tiene como finalidad demostrar la viabilidad en la recreación y sano esparcimiento de un nuevo establecimiento publico como es el de un café- familiar con miras a prestar un servicio que mezcle espacios sociales como una nueva alternativa de integración familiar para la ciudad de Bucaramanga y su área metropolitana La factibilidad para la creación y desarrollo de este tipo de negocios ofrece los parámetros necesarios para brindar a las familias un sitio confortable para compartir en un ambiente sano y agradable con amigos y familiares una bebida sin alcohol, un karaoke, una buena musica; al mismo tiempo que sus hijos son atendidos por personas calificadas y entrenadas para ello. Según el estudio de mercados no hay un sitio en la ciudad con las mismas características de servicio y comodidad, existen en este momento lugares con atributos diferenciadores y parecidos pero no brindan el mismo servicio que se plantea en este proyecto; y seria una oportunidad de negocio tomando en cuenta la demanda de familias que estarían dispuestos a visitar y obtener este servicio. El estudio técnico muestra que no se dificulta su localización, la cuál estará adecuada para su funcionamiento, con los recursos necesarios para su desarrollo. Contará con una organización administrativa sencilla que permitirá proyectar, planear, controlar y dirigir las actividades del día a día. El estudio financiero indica la inversión inicial y el capital de trabajo que estaría a disposición de los inversionistas para el desarrollo y ejecución del proyecto y en términos generales no es una suma grandiosa la que habría que invertir para la puesta en marcha del café, convirtiéndose esta en una opción atractiva.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The project aims to demonstrate the feasibility in the recreation and healthy recreation of a new public establishment such as a coffee-family in order to provide a service that blends social spaces as a new alternative for family integration for the city of Bucaramanga and metropolitan area The feasibility for the creation and development of these businesses provides the parameters necessary to provide families a comfortable place to share in a healthy and enjoyable with friends and family soft drink, karaoke, a good music at the same while their children are cared for by skilled and trained for this. According to market research there is no room in the city of the same type of service and comfort, there are places right now with differentiating attributes and similar, but not provide the same service that arises in this project and would be a business opportunity taking into account the demand from families who would be willing to visit and get this service. The technical study shows that it is difficult location, which will be adequate for its operation, with the necessary resources for its development. It will have a single administrative organization that will design, planning, controlling and directing the activities of everyday life. The financial study indicates the initial investment and working capital would be available to investors for development and project implementation and overall not a great sum which would have to invest to the launch of the café, making this an attractive option.
