dc.description.abstract	El grupo de investigación en sistemas y tecnologías de la información (STI), ha venido trabajando en la creación de una herramienta que brinde apoyo, a los profesionales pertenecientes al grupo STI y grupos afines, en la gestión de los estudios de necesidades de un sistema de información. Dicha herramienta se principal fue apoyar las diferentes tareas que se deben realizar en un estudio de necesidades d El presente proyecto partió de la necesidad de contar con una segunda versión de dicha herramienta desde una perspectiva multiusuario, permitiendo utilizar roles para los usuarios de la misma; para lograr tal cometido se utilizó la metodología de prototipado evolutivo y se hizo uso del estándar IEEE 830, el cual sirve para definir el alcance del sistema, además se utilizó la tecnología .NET MVC, una arquitectura que facilita el mantenimiento y desarrollo de una siguiente versión, pensando en dar continuidad a la herramienta. La nueva herramienta brinda la posibilidad de gestionar los roles de los integrantes de un estudio de necesidades, crear entrevistas y gestionar el material obtenido en las mismas, lo que garantiza un mejor manejo de la información obtenida en los estudios de necesidades. De igual manera, la herramienta permite llegar a obtener las necesidades y priorizarlas de acuerdo con los factores básicos de Impacto, Demanda, Éxito y Beneficio, lo que constituye una nueva característica que sirve como soporte al momento de tomar decisiones respecto al sistema de información.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The research group on Information Systems and Technologies (IST) has been working on the creation of a tool that provides support to professionals belonging to the STI group and related groups in the management of the Needs Studies of a system of information. This tool is delivered in 2014, titled "Computational Tool to Support Studies of Information Systems Needs," as a degree project. The main objective was to support the different tasks that must be performed in a needs study from a single user system that is commonly known as "desktop application". The present project started from the need to have a second version of this tool from a multiuser perspective, allowing to use roles for the users; to achieve such a task, the evolutionary prototyping methodology and the IEEE 830 standard were used, in order to define the scope of the system. In addition, the .NET MVC technology was used, an architecture that facilitates the maintenance and development of a next version, thinking of giving continuity to the tool. The new tool offers the possibility to manage the roles of the members of a needs study, create interviews and manage the material obtained in them, which guarantees a better management of the information obtained in the needs studies. In the same way, the tool allows to obtain the needs and prioritize them according to the basic factors of Impact, Demand, Success and Benefit, which constitutes a new feature that serves as support when making decisions regarding the information system.
