dc.description.abstract	La presente monografía indica el desarrollo de un modelo de mantenimiento preventivo para las bombas de vertimiento de agua de producción a las piscina de enfriamiento en la primera facilidad de producción de Caño limón, elaborado como una necesidad de corregir y mitigar los riesgo ambientales, personal operario y visitantes como respuesta corregir una falla constante de perdida de contención de agua por falla en el sello tipo prensa, planteando como solución el reemplazo del sello de acuerdo a las condiciones de operación del sistema y a su vez implementar rutina de inspección diaria, mensual y mantenimiento preventivo semestral. La ejecución de este trabajo está basado y soportado por la información entrega por el grupo de operaciones, mantenimiento predictivo e información técnica del equipo. Realizada la trazabilidad de la información se determina el tipo de sello a utilizar y así mismo el tiempo de intervención de los mantenimientos, como también los formatos de inspección diaria y mensual para que sea ejecutado por el personal operativo. La información recolectada debes ser verificada por el área técnica de mantenimiento para dar mayor eficacia al buen funcionamiento y detectar posibles fallas a tiempos.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This monograph indicates the development of a preventive maintenance model for the production water discharge pumps to the cooling pools in the first production facility of Caño Limón, developed as a need to correct and mitigate environmental risks, operating personnel and visitors in response to correct a constant failure of loss of water containment due to failure in the press type seal, proposing as a solution the replacement of the seal according to the operating conditions of the system and in turn implement routine daily, monthly inspection and maintenance semiannual preventive. The execution of this work is based and supported by the information provided by the operations group, predictive maintenance and technical information of the equipment. Once the information is traced, the type of seal to be used is determined, as well as the maintenance intervention time, as well as the daily and monthly inspection formats to be executed by the operating personnel. The information collected must be verified by the technical maintenance area to give greater efficiency to the proper functioning and detect possible failures in time.
