dc.description.abstract	El presente proyecto de grado tiene como objetivo diseñar e implementar un plan de mantenimiento preventivo para la empresa HEFE-ACEROS. Junto con un sistema de información que permita hacer eficientemente las labores de mantenimiento en la empresa. Con lo anterior se pretende reducir el presupuesto que se gasta en mantenimiento correctivo y aumentar la productividad de los equipos en la empresa, coadyuvando a la competitiva en el mercado nacional e internacional Como punto de partida se realizó una auditoria a la empresa en busca de un análisis del mantenimiento aplicado, su estado actual, su desarrollo y su efectividad, con lo que se logró identificar las principales falencias y así enfocar las mejoras para implementar. Sumado a lo anterior, se realizó un inventario a la maquinaria, codificación de equipos involucrados con los procesos de producción. Se estableció un análisis de criticidad para que la gestión del plan de mantenimiento este enfocada con el proceso de producción de la empresa, a ello se agregara el diseño y establecimiento de las hojas de vida de cada equipo. En su parte correspondiente al desarrollo preventivo se generan formatos de órdenes de trabajo a realizar en cada equipo, fichas técnicas, listas de chequeo diario y calendario de tareas programadas de mantenimiento preventivo. Con la información diseñada, implementada y recopilada se adquirió un sistema de información (SAIM) para la gestión y administración del mantenimiento, sistema que permitirá mostrar las tareas mencionadas, tiempos, alarmas y hará más eficaz las labores del departamento de mantenimiento. 1
dc.description.abstractenglish	The current project aims to design and set up a preventive maintenance program along with an information system that allows to efficiently carry out the maintenance work for HEFE ACEROS company. The objective is to reduce the budget that is spent on corrective maintenance and increase the productivity of the equipment in the company, making it more competitive in the national and international market. As a starting point, an audit is conducted to determinate its current state, development and effectiveness and an analysis of the maintenance applied. It was possible to identify the main shortcomings to improve them. Additionally, an inventory to the machinery and a coding of the equipment involved with the production processes were made. A criticity analysis was established to focus the management of the maintenance program on the production process of the company. In addition, the design and establishment of the data sheet of each equipment was added. Forms of work orders to be made in each part of the preventive development, technical data sheets, daily checklists and a calendar of scheduled tasks of preventive maintenance. With the information designed, implemented and compiled, an information system (SAIM) was acquired for the management and administration of the maintenance, this system will show the mentioned tasks, times, alarms and will make the maintenance department more efficient.
