| dc.description.abstract | En los países en vías de desarrollo, incluido Colombia, las descargas orgánicas provenientes de la actividad de los mataderos generan altos niveles de contaminación en importantes fuentes de agua. Esta situación es especialmente difícil en los municipios pequeños, donde las limitaciones técnicas y económicas no permiten poner en funcionamiento medidas de manejo ambiental complejas que solucionen el problema de forma definitiva. Sin embargo, la implementación de medidas preventivas simples y poco costosas -como el manejo ambientalmente sano de los residuos orgánicos hace viable abordar el problema de forma eficiente en cuanto a requerimientos y resultados, al exigir pocos recursos y generar valor agregado a los residuos manejados. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | To be the water an indispensable element for the life and impresindible like tool of work, it is of great importance the care of the supply of it dilutes clean and drinkable, and the recognition of the methods to use in the treatment from this to end that it can be relocated or reutilizada. The residual waters conform those liquid waste to try for their poured or reutilizacion that origínate well it is for processes and specific teams In the way development countries, included Colombia, the organic discharges proceeding from the slaughterhouses produces high pollution levéis on important water sources. This situation is especially difficult in small towns where disposable technical and económica! resources doesn 't allows the application of complex environmental management's acíions that solves the problem in a deflnitely way. However, the application of simple and low-priced preventive actions -like the environmentally sound management of organic waste- makes viable to undertake the problem efficiently about requirements and ejfects, aíneeding afew resources and togenerate additional valué to that managed waste. | |
