| dc.description.abstract | El trabajo aquí presentado surge en el marco de la investigación de maestría titulada Propuesta de un Modelo Conceptual de Sistema de Información para el Consultorio Jurídico de la UISfl. En este documento se presenta el desarrollo de un Sistema de Información que permite fortalecer el seguimiento al trabajo realizado por los estudiantes que realizan la practica en el Consultorio Jurídico de la UIS (CJ-UIS) y las tutorías que ellos reciben de parte de los asesores en las diferentes áreas del derecho, mejorando de esta manera las condiciones de trabajo y su aprendizaje, reflejado en la mejora de la prestación del servicio a los usuarios. Esta herramienta se fundamento en el sistema de actividad Humana (SAH2) definido para este propósito el cual da continuidad al trabajo de maestría mencionado anteriormente. El apoyo consiste en facilitar la realimentación entre asesores y estudiantes, permitir un seguimiento de las actuaciones de los estudiantes respecto al trabajo que realizan, la generación de estadísticas y facilitar la consulta de los negocios que se encuentran en archivo contando con el soporte tecnológico apropiado en cuanto a seguridad, integridad y confiabilidad del sistema. El prototipo software que se implemento fue desarrollado bajo ambiente Web, utilizando Asp .Net, y base de datos SQL Server 2005 como herramientas de desarrollo; la metodología empleada para el desarrollo del prototipo software fue el prototipado evolutivo, apoyado en el Lenguaje Unificado de Modelado (UML). | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This article rises from a master of investigation called : «Conceptual Model Proposal of a system of information to support the student’s performance at the juridical bureau of the industrial university of santander ». This document shows the development of a system of information which strengthen the students’ of law practicum at the Juridical Bureau at the UIS (JB-UIS) and the tutorial classes that they attend ; this ones are given by lawyer-tutors especialized in different field of law. By this mean, the pupils improve their working and learning conditions. And as a matter of fact, they offer a better service to their users. This tool is based in the Human Activity System (HAS[1]), that permits to move further in the master investigation previously mentioned. The supporting work consists in facilitate tutors and students feedback, to allow an student’s performance pursuit about the work they do, the production of statistics and to facilitate the bussiness consultation which are in files. People can access to this through the proper technological support when security, integrity and confidence of the system, it refers. The software design that is employed, in this project, is developped at a Web environment. It is used as a tool the: Asp. Net, and the data base SQL Server 2005. The methodology in treatment to develope the software prototype was : the evolutive prototype. It is helped in the Unified Model Language (UML). | |
