dc.description.abstract	El conflicto armado colombiano mantiene un profundo impacto en la vida de las mujeres, quienes resultan afectadas de manera desproporcionada a través de múltiples tipos de violencia, siendo la violencia sexual la más recurrente. El Centro Nacional de Memoria Histórica expuso que 9 de 10 víctimas de violencia sexual entre 1959 y 2017 fueron mujeres, lo que evidencia la necesidad de abordar estos hechos desde un enfoque diferencial y de género. En este marco, el presente trabajo de investigación se centró en analizar cómo el Trabajo Social interviene con mujeres sobrevivientes del conflicto armado, explorando las formas y estrategias de acompañamiento identificadas en la literatura y en las narrativas de dos trabajadoras sociales y una firmante de paz. Los resultados muestran que pese a los esfuerzos normativos de las entidades por llevar procesos integrales aún existen vacíos que pueden dificultar la intervención, lo cual debilita los procesos de reparación y reproduce desigualdades estructurales que se buscan superar. En este sentido, la investigación concluye con una serie de recomendaciones que buscan contribuir al fortalecimiento de intervenciones más integrales en este campo.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The Colombian armed conflict has a profound impact on the lives of women, who are disproportionately affected through multiple types of violence, being sexual violence the most recurrent. The National Center of Historical Memory exposed that 9 out of 10 victims of sexual violence between 1959 and 2017 were women, which evidences the need to address these facts from a differential gender and approach. In this framework, this research work focused on how Social Work intervenes with women survivors of the armed conflict, exploring the forms and strategies of accompaniment identified in the literature and in the narratives of two social workers and a peace signatory. The results show that despite the normative efforts of the entities to carry out comprehensive processes, there are still gaps that may hinder the intervention, which weakens the reparation processes and reproduces the structural inequalities that they seek to overcome. In this sense, the research concluded with a series of recommendations that seek to contribute to the strengthening of more comprehensive interventions in this field.
