dc.description.abstract	Debido a la presencia de retrocesos que han afectado considerablemente la prestación de los servicios de salud en Colombia, mediante la Ley 100 de 1993 el Estado transfirió al sector privado la prestación de los servicios y asumió más activamente el papel de reguladores y vigilantes de tales entidades, las cuales deberán contribuir al beneficio de la sociedad con servicios de calidad. Por tal razón, este proyecto tiene como objetivo general, desarrollar un estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa de servicios domiciliarios en salud en el área metropolitana de Bucaramanga, la cual contara con un programa que le permitirá posicionarse como una estrategia novedosa de atención para brindar servicios de salud domiciliaria en las especialidades de Fisioterapia, Terapia respiratoria, Fonoaudiología y Terapia Ocupacional, gracias a un equipo integrado por personal administrativo y de profesionales en salud que brinden un trato humanizado y oportuno a la población, representando una mejoría importante en la calidad de vida de los usuarios. Dicha propuesta empresarial buscara satisfacer la demanda de la salud de la población de Bucaramanga y su área Metropolitana, especialmente aquellos que pertenecen a los estratos 3 y 4, situación que beneficiara mayormente a los Adultos Mayores al igual que a los menores de edad con salud deficiente y a las personas con alguna discapacidad. A fin de sustentar lo anterior, se realizan 3 estudios: Estudio de mercados, Técnico y Administrativo; asimismo se evalúan aspectos relevantes como el impacto social, ambiental y finalmente se lleva a cabo la evaluación económica a través de variables como la TIR, VPN y periodo de recuperación, aspectos que afirman la sostenibilidad económica del presente proyecto que solo requerirá para su puesta en marcha de una inversión total de $118.566.508, monto distribuido en inversión fija, diferida y capital de trabajo o dinero circulante.
dc.description.abstractenglish	Due to the presence of setbacks that have affected considerably the benefit of the health services in Colombia, by means of the Law 100 of 1993 the State transferred the benefit of services to the private sector and assumed more actively the role of regulators and vigilantes of such institutions that should contribute to the benefit of the society with services of quality. For such a reason, this project has as general objective, to develop a study of feasibility for the creation of a domiciliary service enterprise in health in the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga, which will have a program that will allow it to be positioned like a novel strategy of attention to offer services of domiciliary health in the specialties of Physiotherapy, Breathing Therapy, Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy, thanks to a team integrated by executive staff and professionals in health who offer a humanized treatment and opportune to the population, representing an important improvement in the quality of life of the users. This business proposal will seek to satisfy the demand of health of the population of Bucaramanga and its Metropolitan area, especially those that belong to strata 3 and 4, situation that will benefit mostly the Elderly Adults like the underage people with deficient health and people with some incapacity. In order to sustain the previous statement, 3 studies are carried out: study of markets, technical and administrative; likewise outstanding aspects are evaluated as the social and environmental impact and finally the economic evaluation is carried out through variables like the IRR, VPN and period of recovery, aspects that affirm the economic maintenance of the present project that will only require a total investment of $118.566.508 for its implementation amount distributed in fixed, differed investment and working capital or circulating money.
