dc.description.abstract	Este trabajo tiene como objetivo el diseño y la implementación de recursos pedagógicos que apoyen la enseñanza y aprendizaje del sistema de información ERP SAP, de forma que pueda ser integrado en asignaturas del plan de estudios de pregrado en Ingeniería Industrial como lo es Gestión Contable. Así las cosas, esta se convierte en una de las alternativas que se presentan para explotar la alianza existente con SAP desde la Escuela de Estudios Industriales y Empresariales de la UIS, obteniéndose así un mayor beneficio y aprovechamiento de esta herramienta, ya que es posible conocer de una manera más detallada otros módulos que ofrece el sistema de SAP como lo es el módulo financiero (FI), y son tratados de manera genérica en una asignatura electiva. Partiendo de un diagnóstico realizado en la asignatura Gestión Contable, se lograron identificar diferentes formas de aprendizaje en los estudiantes que estaban cursando dicha asignatura. De esta forma, la estrategia seleccionada para la enseñanza y el aprendizaje del sistema de información fue la construcción de un Objeto Virtual de Aprendizaje (OVA), el cual fue implementado en el aula de clase como una nueva herramienta que permita acercar a los estudiantes a un escenario real y aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos en clase. El material dispuesto en el OVA consiste en actividades de evaluación, video tutoriales, instructivos descargables y talleres; recursos pedagógicos que se ajustan a diversas tendencias en pedagogía y tecnología educativa como el Aprendizaje Hibrido, la metodología de Aula Invertida, Estudio de Casos y el Aprendizaje Colaborativo. Finalmente, se espera generar un aprendizaje significativo en los estudiantes que cursen la asignatura Gestión Contable, a través de la accesibilidad, e interactividad con el OVA y así construir habilidades en el manejo básico de este importante sistema de información como lo es el ERP SAP.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The objective of this work is the design and implementation of pedagogical resources that support the teaching and learning of the ERP SAP information system, so that it can be integrated into subjects of the undergraduate curriculum in Industrial Engineering such as Accounting Management. As a matter of fact, this becomes one of the alternatives that are presented to exploit the existing alliance with SAP from the School of Industrial and Business Studies of the Industrial University of Santander, thus obtaining a greater benefit and use of this tool, since it is possible to know in a more detailed way, other modules offered by the SAP system such as the financial module (FI), and are treated generically in an elective course. Based on a diagnosis carried out in the Accounting Management subject, it was possible to identify different forms of learning among the students who were taking this course. In this way, the strategy selected for teaching and learning the information system was the construction of a Virtual Learning Object (VLO), which was implemented in the classroom as a new tool to bring students closer to a real scenario and apply the knowledge acquired in class. The material provided in the VLO consists of evaluation activities, video tutorials, downloadable instructions and workshops; pedagogical resources that adjust to diverse tendencies in pedagogy and educational technology such as Hybrid Learning, the methodology of Flipped Classroom, Case Study and Collaborative Learning. Finally, it is expected to generate significant learning in students who take the subject Accounting Management, through accessibility, and interactivity with the VLO and thus build skills in the basic management of this important information system such as the SAP ERP.
