dc.description.abstract	El objetivo central de este documento gira en torno a la Creación del Centro de Referencia Para el Empleo y el Emprendimiento, CREE Œ Cajasan; en el cual se prestarán servicios de apoyo para el área de Gestión Humana de las empresas afiliadas a la Caja Santandereana de Subsidio Familiar Œ Cajasan en el Área Metropolitana de Bucaramanga. El trabajo de grado inicia con un estudio diagnóstico que permitió conocer las necesidades de las empresas afiliadas a la Caja con respecto a los procesos de selección y capacitación del Recurso Humano. Con estos resultados se pudo proponer un Portafolio de Servicios para el Centro CREE Œ Cajasan, el cual consta de cuatro (4) servicios: Preselección de Personal, Acompañamiento y Asesoría para la Preselección de Personal, Diagnóstico de Necesidades de Capacitación y Plan de Capacitación en Competencias para el Trabajo. La estructura básica que se plantea para la creación y funcionamiento del Centro CREE, la cual contiene los lineamientos de operación y evaluación, incluye un Manual de Funciones, Procedimientos e Indicadores de Gestión, también se determinó un presupuesto de inversión para la creación del Centro y se realizó una propuesta de precios de venta para los servicios prestados en el mismo. Además se formularon los fundamentos para la administración, sostenimiento y alimentación de una base de datos que servirá como herramienta de apoyo para la prestación de los servicios del Centro CREE Œ Cajasan.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The central objective of this paper focuses on the creation of the Reference Center for Employment and Entrepreneurship, CREE - CAJASAN, in which support services in the human management area will be provided to the companies affiliated to the Santander Family Grant Fund - Cajasan in the Metropolitan Area of Bucaramanga. The final graduate project begins with a diagnostic study which made possible to know the needs of companies affiliated with the Fund, regarding the selection and training of human resources. With these results a Services Portfolio for the Center CREE Œ Cajasan can be proposed, this consists of four services: Shortlisting, Support and Advice for Shortlisting, Training Needs Assessment and Training Plan on Competences to Work. The basic structure proposed for the CREE creation and operation, which contains the lines of operation and evaluation, including a functions manual, Management procedures and Indicators, also found an investment budget for the creation of the Center and made a proposal of selling prices for services rendered to it. In addition, there are formulated the foundations for the administration, maintenance and feeding of a database that will serve as a support tool for the provision of services of the Center CREE Œ Cajasan. 2
