dc.description.abstract	El maestro que ejerce su quehacer pedagógico debe estar en una continua formación en el campo de la Gestión Escolar. Los escenarios sociales y educativos están en permanentes cambios lo que implica al maestro como profesional de la educación su constante formación y actualización. Una forma de responder a los nuevos retos de la sociedad que no solo concierne al aula de clase sino a toda la institución, son los programas de formación en Gestión Escolar. Atendiendo a lo anterior dentro de esta propuesta de investigación se plantea como pregunta central, ¿Cuáles son las características de un programa de formación permanente de maestros en gestión escolar; para ello se tiene en cuenta algunos aspectos como las dificultades que los maestros en ejercicio tienen para formarse permanentemente y las necesidades de formación en gestión escolar de directivos, maestros, estudiantes y padres de familia. Así mismo es importante precisar que se entiende por formación continua y permanente de maestros en ejercicio, perfil del maestro, calidad educativa y gestión escolar. Teniendo en cuenta que el maestro es el principal actor generador de procesos educativos se ve la formación del maestro como un compromiso permanente, la calidad educativa como un reto constante, y la gestión escolar como el proceso que articula las múltiples instancias de la vida escolar con una direccionalidad cual es la de lograr aprendizajes significativos. Permitiendo la etnografía reflexionar constante y profundamente sobre la realidad, se plantea una propuesta de investigación cualitativa-etnográfica, que busca estudiar y comprender los hechos tal como ocurren en el contexto, las funciones y papeles de los miembros de una comunidad así como su sentir y pensar respecto a una situación.
dc.description.abstractenglish	A teacher in practice of his pedagogical exercise should be in a continuous training in school performance. Social and educative scenarios are in a constant change therefore, teachers, as professionals in the field of education, have to be in a permanent training and updating. Training programs in school performance is a way to answer to new society challenges and this is not only relevant to the classroom but also to the whole institution. Meeting the situation above, in this research proposal the following central question is set out: what are the characteristics of a permanent training program for teachers who are in practice? To answer it, it is taken into account aspects such as the difficulties teachers in practice have to continuously study and the training needs in school performance for principals, teachers, students and parents. It is also important to define what it is understood by permanent and continuous training for teachers in practice, teacher´s profile and school performance. Foreseeing that a teacher is the main generator of educative processes; teacher training is seen as a permanent commitment; the quality of education as a constant challenge and school performance as the process which articulates the multiples moments of school life with the purpose of achieving significant learning. As ethnography allows a constant and deep reflecting on reality, a quality-ethnographic research proposal, that aims at studying and understanding the events as they happen, community members´ rolls and functions as well as their ways of feeling and thinking towards a situation, is suggested. 3Research proposal as a result of a stagiaire experience. 4 Department of Human Sciences, School of Education, Basic Education Degree, Spanish emphasis.
