| dc.description.abstract | Se diseño un sistema modular para el pintado de muebles de madera (Cabina de pintura). Cuyo objetivo principal es el de crear un espacio adecuado para realizar el proceso de pintado de los muebles, en donde las partículas de polvo, mugre y demás contaminantes de un taller de muebles no puedan afectar el proceso de pintura. La cabina esta compuesta por varios sistemas: un sistema de inyección y extracción de aire el cual permite la entrada y salida de aire de la cabina creando un circuito que permite recoger y transportar todas las partículas generadas durante el proceso de pintado. Un sistema de limpieza y purificación de aire, este esta compuesto por dos filtros, uno de baja eficiencia de cartón y desechable que retiene los sólidos mas grandes y otro de alta eficiencia el cual es lavable, reutilizable y de rápido mantenimiento. Otro sistema es el de iluminación el cual crea un ambiente adecuado a la hora de pintar permitiendo al operario realizar este proceso con todas las garantías visuales requeridas. Como aporte de diseño la estructura de la cabina esta compuesta por paneles plegables los cuales permiten que cuando la cabina no se este utilizando esta se pueda recoger, ahorrando hasta un 70% del espacio utilizado para el proceso de pintura, esto es posible gracias al sistema de rieles que permite a la cabina cerrarse y abrirse con un mínimo esfuerzo, creando un ambiente apropiado, libre de polvo y residuos sólidos; con la adecuada iluminación , lo que crea un espacio acorde para garantizar la calidad de los acabados a la hora de pintar los muebles. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | Design a modular system for the painted one of wood furniture (painting Cabin). Whose primary target is the one to create an suitable space to make the painted process of the furniture, in where the dust particles, dirt and other polluting agents of a factory of furniture cannot affect the painting process. The cabin this composing by several systems: a system of injection and air extraction which allows to the entrance and exit of air of the cabin creating a circuit that allows to gather and to transport all particles generated during the painted process. Of cleaning air purification of two filters, one of low and this this made up, and a system efficiency disposable cardboard and that retains the great solids but another one of high efficiency which are lavable, re-usable and of fast maintenance. Another system is the one of illumination which creates an atmosphere adapted at the time of painting allowing the worker to make this process with all the required visual guarantees. As design contribution the structure of the cabin this composing by folding panels which allow that when the cabin this being used this cannot be gathered, saving until a 70% of the space used for the painting process, this is possible thanks to the rail system that allows the cabin to close itself and to open with a minimum effort, creating an appropriate, free atmosphere of dust and solid remainders; with the suitable illumination, which creates an agreed space to guarantee the quality of the finished ones at the time of painting the furniture. | |
