dc.description.abstract	El presente documento expone los detalles de la práctica empresarial que realizó el autor como auxiliar de ingeniería civil en la empresa J.L Construcciones S.A.S. con la tutoría de la Universidad Industrial de Santander. Comienza con una breve introducción de la empresa, indicando su misión, visión y servicios que ofrece. Seguido a esto se dan a conocer en su totalidad las actividades desarrolladas durante los cuatro (4) meses de trabajo. Se desempeñaron funciones relacionadas con el control y actualización de los cronogramas de obras de los proyectos de mejoramiento y adecuación de los parques principales de Matanza y Macaravita. Además, la empresa permitió al autor desarrollar sus capacidades en el diseño estructural en concreto reforzado apoyando al ingeniero estructural en predimensionamiento, modelamiento y análisis de la fuente ornamental del parque de Matanza. Se participó en elaboración de propuestas para ser presentadas en procesos licitatorios donde la empresa pretendía aplicar, como lo fue en el proyecto de construcción de aulas y restaurante escolar en la sede F del Colegio Técnico Agropecuario Nuestra Señora de La Paz del municipio de Matanza en Santander. Como resultado de la intervención en estos procesos se estandarizaron y automatizaron los formatos de los análisis de precios unitarios facilitando su elaboración y presentación.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This document sets out the details of the business practice carried out by the author as a civil engineering assistant in the company J.L Construcciones S.A.S. with the tutorship of the Industrial University of Santander. It begins with a brief introduction to the company, stating its mission, vision and services it offers. Following this, the activities developed during the four (4) months of work are fully disclosed. Functions related to the control and updating of the work schedules of the improvement and adaptation projects of the main parks of Matanza and Macaravita were performed. In addition, the company will enable the author to develop his capabilities in the structural design of reinforced concrete by supporting the structural engineer in predimensioning, modeling and analysis of the ornamental fountain in the Matanza park. They participated in the preparation of proposals to be presented in bidding processes where the company intended to apply, as it was in the project for the construction of classrooms and school restaurant at headquarters F of the Nuestra Señora de La Paz Agricultural Technical College in the municipality of Matanza in Santander. As a result of the intervention in these processes, the formats of the unit price analyzes were standardized and automated, facilitating their preparation and presentation.
