| dc.description.abstract | Los Sistemas de Información Geográfica se han convertido en una herramienta casi indispensable para distintas áreas de la academia. Las herramientas Web para este tipo de aplicaciones, carecen de opciones que le faciliten al usuario ubicar espacialmente el producto que requiere y construir un bosquejo mental acerca de las implicaciones de la elección que está por realizar, ya que solo ofrecen información de tipo textual. Se realiza una investigación de herramientas Web basadas en tecnologías de Sistemas de Información Geográfica y Bases de Datos Espaciales ligadas a ellas para efectos de la realización de análisis espaciales, y aplicarlas al desarrollo del proceso de oferta de inmuebles para el arriendo o venta que ofrece una inmobiliaria. De igual forma la investigación se centrará en la exploración y uso de las herramientas SIG de licencia publica GPL, al igual que las bases de datos espaciales con opciones OpenSource, en este caso PostgreSQL con su extensión espacial PostGIS y la utilización de herramientas con el servidor de mapas Mapserver, la librería PHP/MapScript y el lenguaje de programación PHP y MapLab. La metodología que se utiliza es la de Prototipado Incremental ya que se desarrolla primero las áreas de mayor riesgo del sistema, de tal forma que el prototipo pueda ser tomado como producto final una vez se llegue a su fin. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The Geographic Information Systems have become an almost indispensable tool for different areas of the academy. The tools for this type of Web applications, lack of options that will facilitate the user to spatially locate the product that requires mental and build a sketch about the implications of the choice that is accomplished, since only type offered textual information. It conducts research tools based Web technologies of geographic information systems and spatial database linked to them for purposes of analysis space, and apply them in the development process of offering properties for sale or lease that provides a real estate. Similarly research will focus on the exploration and use of GIS tools license GPL, as well as the spatial databases with options OpenSource, in this case PostgreSQL with its PostGIS spatial extent and use tool with the server maps Mapserver, the library PHP / MapScript and the programming language PHP and MapLab. The methodology used is the Prototype Incremental as it develops the first areas of greatest risk of the system, so that the prototype could be taken as the final product once it reaches its end. | |
