dc.description.abstract	Este trabajo está encaminado a crear una empresa procesadora de cacao, cuya misión es llegar principalmente a las tres empresas más grandes a nivel nacional que requiere del producto como materia prima para la elaboración de dulcería, chocolatería en general Por ello, se hizo una investigación exploratoria descriptiva la cual partió desde el municipio de San Pablo (Sur de Bolívar) y se hizo extensiva a los municipios más cercanos como lo son Simití y Santa Rosa, donde se pudo conocer que actualmente no existe oferta de este producto a nivel nacional y que se cuenta con el deseo de adquirir por parte de la población el nuevo producto. Por este motivo se propone la estructura técnica requerida para la puesta en marcha de la empresa, la organización administrativa, el estudio y análisis financiero que muestra un VPN y una TIR positivas. Dentro de su razón de ser hace un gran aporte social ya que se apoya al cultivador y al sector agroindustrial y su actividad no presenta afecciones de tipo ambiental. Se deja entrever desde el punto de vista investigativo, financiero, social y ambiental su viabilidad. Además es de suma importancia para la región el aporte para el desarrollo tecnológico e incentivar las políticas gubernamentales, siendo la mas relevante la sustitución de cultivos ilícitos en la zona que ha conllevado a un sinnúmero de problemas de alteración del orden social.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This work is guided to create a company procesadora of cocoa whose mission is in and of itself to arrive mainly to the three bigger companies at national level that requires of the product like raw material for the candy store elaboration, chocolate factory in general, a descriptive exploratory investigation the one was made which left from the municipality of San Pablo (South of Bolívar) and it became extensive to the nearest municipalities as they are it Simití and Santa Rosa, where one could know that at the moment offer doesn't exist from this product to national level and that it is had the desire of acquiring on the part of the population the new product. For this reason he/she intends the technical structure required for the setting in march of the company, the administrative organization, the study and financial analysis that it shows a VPN and a positive TIR. Inside their reason of being ago since a great social contribution leans on to the farmer and the sector agrindustrial and their activity doesn't present affections of environmental type. It is allowed to see from the investigative, financial, social and environmental point of view their viability. In addition the development technological and to stimulate the governmental policies, being but excellent is of extreme importance for the region the contribution the substitution of illicit cultures in the zone that has entailed to an endless number of problems of alteration of the social order.
