dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo corresponde al desarrollo de la práctica empresarial en Ingeniería Civil realizada en la secretaria de Infraestructura de la Alcaldía del Socorro, cuyo propósito fue apoyar al fortalecimiento de los procesos de inspección, control y seguimiento de obras civiles, así como el análisis de las solicitudes de licenciamiento urbanístico presentadas por la comunidad, verificando el cumplimento de la normativa urbanística, ambiental y técnica vigente. Durante el desarrollo de la práctica el estudiante realizó diversas actividades relacionadas con la revisión documental de 21 solicitudes de licencias de construcción, licencias de reconocimiento, subdivisión urbana y rural, verificación de requisitos técnicos, normativos y ambientales, análisis de planos arquitectónicos, estructurales y la elaboración de 21 conceptos técnicos preliminares para evaluar la viabilidad de los trámites. De igual manera se participó en la organización y seguimiento de expedientes, contribuyendo a la gestión eficiente de la información técnica de la secretaria, Adicionalmente se realizaron 14 visitas de inspección ocular a viviendas en proceso de construcción, ampliación y reconocimiento, efectuando registros fotográficos, levantamiento de información en campo y elaboración de informes de seguimiento. Como resultado, se fortalecieron los procesos de evaluación, inspección y seguimiento adelantados por la secretaria, aportando a una gestión más eficiente de los trámites y al cumplimento de la normativa vigente. Además, la práctica permitió consolidar conocimientos técnicos, normativos y administrativos fundamentales para el ejercicio profesional de la ingeniería Civil en el sector público.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This work corresponds to the development of a business internship in Civil Engineering carried out at the Infrastructure Secretariat of the Mayor's Office of Socorro. Its purpose was to support the strengthening of inspection, control, and monitoring processes for civil works, as well as the analysis of urban development permit applications submitted by the community, verifying compliance with current urban, environmental, and technical regulations. During the internship, the student performed various activities related to the documentary review of 21 applications for building permits, recognition permits, and urban and rural subdivision permits; verification of technical, regulatory, and environmental requirements; analysis of architectural and structural plans; and the preparation of 21 preliminary technical reports to assess the feasibility of the procedures. The student also participated in the organization and monitoring of files, contributing to the efficient management of the secretariat's technical information. Additionally, 14 site inspections were conducted at homes under construction, expansion, and recognition, including photographic documentation, field data collection, and the preparation of follow-up reports. As a result, the evaluation, inspection, and monitoring processes carried out by the secretariat were strengthened, contributing to more efficient management of procedures and compliance with current regulations. Furthermore, the internship allowed for the consolidation of fundamental technical, regulatory, and administrative knowledge essential for the professional practice of civil engineering in the public sector.
