| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo del proyecto es realizar un estudio de mercado que permita determinar el comportamiento de la oferta y la demanda del servicio de asesorías de tránsito en Floridablanca, se sigue con el estudio técnico y financiero para poder determinar la viabilidad en estos dos aspectos. El nivel de aceptación para el uso del servicio de asesorías de tránsito en el Municipio de Floridablanca es del 58% del mercado potencial; un 38.7% también utilizan el servicio de asesorías por intermedio de un gestor, el mercado objeto de estudio son los vehículos matriculados en Floridablanca, (33761 a Febrero de 2004). La oferta especializada del servicio en asesorías de tránsito es muy poca, las empresas dedicadas a prestar el servicio son cinco y un total de seis gestores independientes. La localización del proyecto en Floridablanca es estratégica, pues este es paso obligatorio de todos los vehículos que transitan hacia la ciudad o van de paso hacía otros lugares del país. El proceso de prestar un servicio de asesoría puede dividirse en cuatro posibles subprocesos dependiendo del tipo de trámite a realizar. La duración promedio es de aproximadamente una hora y treinta minutos. Finalmente el proyecto es un generador de empleo ya que una vez implementado generará tres oficios directos (3). | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The object of the project is more a market study which to determine the behavior of the supplely on demand of the assembly service the consultants office or transit at Floridablanca, followed by the technical study, in order to determine the viability in these two aspects. The level of acceptance for the use of the assembly the consultant's office service of the transit at the Municipality of Floridablanca is of 58% of the potential market: a 38.7% also using the service of consultant's office but through of managing. The market object of the study are the vehicles to register at Floridablanca (33761 to February of 2004). The specialized supply of the service in consultant's office of transit is very little, the enterprises devoted to lend the service are five, and total of six independent's managing. The localization of the project at Floridablanca is strategic, since aver there is mandatory pass of all the vehicles, which go towards the city or pass through towards other places of the country. The lend process are service the consultant's office can be divide into four possible "sub processes" depending on the type of procedure to realize.
