dc.description.abstract	Se hace indispensable que toda actividad laboral que se realice este regida por un plan de emergencia y contingencia que este acorde a las amenazas detectadas en la organización con el fin de prever y estar preparados en caso de presentarse cualquier tipo de incidente, en especial aquellos con mayor probabilidad de ocurrencia. El objetivo principal de estos planes es proteger las instalaciones y recursos al igual que la integridad de sus ocupantes a través de medidas de prevención e instructivos, entre otros. Por ende y como resultado de los diferentes sucesos que se han presentado en contra de las edificaciones de la Facultad de Ciencias Humanas y en aras de establecer normas mínimas de seguridad, surge la necesidad de implementar un plan que recopile todas las acciones y reacciones a posibles emergencias en los procesos educativos y administrativos que se desarrollen dentro de la institución. En este proyecto se analizaron las amenazas frente a los recursos existentes para hallar el nivel de vulnerabilidad y así se determinó los eventos más probables al igual que su nivel de impacto en las personas, instalaciones, procesos y sistemas. En base a esto se diseño el plan de contingencia donde se recopilo los diferentes instructivos los cuales describen los lineamientos a seguir antes, durante y después de cada situación de emergencia de acuerdo a las funciones descritas en el protocolo para cada uno de los miembros del Comité y Brigada de emergencia. También se anexan los resultados arrojados de los dos simulacros realizados, conclusiones y opciones de mejora. Por último se presentan las recomendaciones que incluyen varias inversiones en la estructura física del Edificio Daniel Casas además de alarmas sonoras y visuales para ambos edificios. Este informe busca estandarizar procedimientos, resaltando la importancia de estar preparados para cualquier tipo de emergencia.
dc.description.abstractenglish	SUBJECT: It is essential that any work activity that takes place is governed by an emergency and contingency plan, that match any identified threats in the organization, in order to anticipate and be prepared in case of any incidents, especially those with higher probability of occurrence. The principal objective of these plans is to protect the facilities and resources as well as the integrity of its occupants through preventive measures and instructions, among others. Thus, as a result of the different events that have been filed against the buildings of the Humanities Faculty and for the sake of establishing minimum safety standards, the need to implement a plan, having all possible actions and reactions to possible emergency in the educational and administrative processes taking place within the institution. In this project were analyzed the threats against existing resources to find the level of vulnerability and thus, were determined the most probable events as also their level of impact on people, facilities, processes and systems. Based on this fact, it was design the contingency plan that compile the several instructions which describe the guidelines to follow before, during and after each emergency situation according to the functions described in the protocol for each of the members of the Committee and Emergency Brigade. Also is attached the results obtained in the two simulations carried out, conclusions and options for improvement. Finally, there are some recommendations presented, including several investments in the physical structure of the building envelope Daniel Casas, in addition to the emergency brigade, audible and visual alarms for both buildings. Clearly, this report seeks to standardize procedures and emphasize the importance of being prepared for any emergency to minimize possible losses.
