| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar un análisis de la realidad productiva y competitiva del sector confecciones del municipio de Floridablanca, con la finalidad de sentar las bases para suministrar una serie de elementos y estrategias que contribuyan a crear un ambiente competitivo apropiado para los confeccionistas de dicho municipio. Este trabajo se enmarca dentro del Convenio Marco de Cooperación celebrado entre la Universidad Industrial de Santander y la Alcaldía de Floridablanca en el año 2004. Se presentan los resultados de un trabajo de campo que se realizó mediante una encuesta aplicada directamente al propietario, administrador o encargado del establecimiento que tenga conocimiento de su funcionamiento. Esta encuesta fue diseñada y organizada para obtener información que generará una serie de indicadores que ayudaran a los diferentes actores de la sociedad a entender las características y las barreras de productividad y competitividad que están presentes en el sector de las confecciones. El estudio y diagnóstico que en este trabajo se expone, identifica una serie de elementos generales del sector y de la región, los cuales individualmente y como un sistema, constituyen el insumo necesario e indispensable para la competitividad y productividad de las mypimes (micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas) del sector confecciones del Municipio. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The present study aims at analysing the productive and competive reality on the tayloring sector in Floridablanca town, and it's purpose is founding the bases to provide a serie of elements and strategies that contribute to establish a proper competive enviroment for clothing industry in that town. This study is outlined within the cooperation agreement signed between Industrial University of Santander (UIS) and the Jurisdiction of Floridablanca. The study shows the results of a campus task made by means of interviewing forms that was directly applied to owners, managers and people charged of running the bussines. The interview form was designed and organized to gather information which will provide a serie of indexes that will help to the diffe actors, within society, to understand the characteristics and barriers for productivity and competivity present within teyloring sector. The Study and diagnosis, exposed in this paper identify the general compounds of the sector and the region as a system and individually, which constitue the necessary raw material for the competivity and productivity of mypimes (micro, small and median enterprises) of the town's tailoring sector. | |
