| dc.description.abstract | Las instituciones prestadoras de servicios de salud cada vez son más competitivas, razón por la cual el talento humano es de gran importancia para ellas, ya que las personas que trabajan en este campo tienen la responsabilidad de atender el enfermo y restablecer la salud del mismo. En el presente proyecto se hace especial énfasis en el fortalecimiento de la Salud Ocupacional, buscando mantener el más alto grado de bienestar físico, social y mental de la población trabajadora, procurando contrarrestar los distintos factores de riesgo, los accidentes de trabajo y las enfermedades profesionales que se pueden presentar en el medio laboral. En la intervención profesional de la institución, se describe y evalúa el proceso. La propuesta de la creación del programa de salud ocupacional para la IPS. Finalmente se exponen las conclusiones y recomendaciones de la labor de Trabajo Social, siendo esta una herramienta necesaria y fundamental dentro de la planeación y ejecución de actividades tendientes al desarrollo de la persona que hace parte de la institución y así lograr la integración de los objetivos de la persona y la institución, en objetivos comunes. La Teoría de Sistemas, la Teoría X y Y orientaron el proceso de intervención de la practicante en la IPS Centro de Salud San Antonio, el cual se desarrollo en el área administrativa y estuvo enfocado a la provisión del talento humano, a la conservación y mantenimiento del mismo, al mejoramiento de las condiciones de trabajo de los empleados de la IPS. | dc.description.abstractenglish | The institutions that give a service of health every time they are but competitive, reason for which the human talent is of great importance for them, since people that work in this field have the responsibility of to assist the sick person and to reestablish the health of the same one. Presently project becomes special emphasis in the invigoration of the occupational health, it looks for to maintain the but high grade of the hard-working population's physical, social and mental well-being, trying to counteract the different factors of risk, the occupational accidents and the occupational diseases that can be presented in the labour means. Of the fourth chapter it contemplates the professional intervention inside the institution, here it is described and it evaluates this process. The fifth presents the proposal of the creation of the program of occupational health for the IPS. Finally the summations and recommendations of the Social working work are exposed, being this a necessary and fundamental tool inside the planning and execution of, prone activities to the person's development that makes part of the Institution and this way to achieve the integration of the person's objectives and the Institution, objects in common. The theory of systems, the theory X and Y guided the process of the practitioner's intervention in the ÍPS, the one which you development in the administrative area and it was focused to the provision of the human talent, to the conservation and maintenance of the same one, to the improvement of the working conditions of the employees of the IPS. The objectives of the professional intervention were: to improve the working conditions of the employees of the IPS creating the paritario committee of occupational health and the program of occupational health. | |
