| dc.description.abstract | Este Documento contiene el diseño, documentación e implementación del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad de la empresa artes gráficas PUBLICOM PDC, fundamentado en el cumplimiento de los requisitos de la norma ISO 9001:2000 en sus procesos, con el objetivo principal de lograr mayor eficiencia y productividad de los recursos de la empresa. La propuesta se desarrolla así: inicialmente se realizó una contextualización sobre algunos referentes teóricos de calidad, los Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad y la norma ISO 9001:2000, en la cual esta fundamentado este proyecto. En segundo lugar se procedió a la planificación del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad, planteando como base un diagnóstico de la empresa con respecto a la norma ISO 9001:2000, luego se estableció la política y objetivos de la calidad, así como un equipo de trabajo y el representante de la dirección. Luego se inició la documentación por medio de los procedimientos, instructivos, formatos y el manual de la calidad de la organización. Finalizada la documentación se dió inicio a la implementación, en esta etapa se diligenciaron los formatos exigidos por el Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad. Posteriormente se realizó la auditoria interna de calidad y se establecieron las acciones correctivas y preventivas, para dar solución a los hallazgos encontrados. Finalmente se realizó la revisión por la dirección para evaluar la eficacia del sistema implementado. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This document contains the design, documentation and implementation of the Management Quality System for the Company graphic arts PUBLICOM PDC LTDA, which is based on the compliance with regulation ISO 9001:2000 in all its processes, with the main objective of achieving a bigger efficiency and productivity of all the resources of the company. The project development was carried out this way: Firstly, a contextualization stage was fulfilled by regarding some aspects related to a Business Management Quality System, specifically those in accordance with regulation NTC-ISO 9001:2000 which was the foundation for this project. Secondly, the planning stage of such a quality System dealing with a diagnosis of the company as established by regulations of NTC-ISO 9001:2000. Then, both quality policy and objectives were set up as well as the work team and a management representative. Thirdly, the documentation stage began through the completion of procedures, instructions booklets, forms and the quality handbook of. When the documentation was complete, the implementation stage of the project was executed. The forms required by the Quality Management System were filled out during the last stage. Later on, an internal quality audit was carried out and both corrective and preventive actions were implemented in order to solve founded inconsistencies found. Finally, the efficiency of the implementation system was revised and assessed by the project director. | |
