dc.description.abstract	LA ALCALDÍA MUNICIPAL DE YONDÓ, ANTIOQUIA, preocupándose por el bienestar de sus trabajadores y/o visitantes, ve la necesidad de diseñar e implementar un Sistema de Gestión en Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional según la Norma OHSAS 18001: 2007, con el objetivo de brindar herramientas necesarias para que los trabajadores se encuentren en un ambiente de trabajo seguro y para consolidar la imagen de la empresa frente a la población y demás partes interesadas acerca de la preocupación por el bienestar de sus empleados. En este documento se describen las etapas realizadas para lograr el cumplimiento de los objetivos del proyecto de grado en la ALCALDÍA MUNICIPAL DE YONDÓ. Se Inicia con una descripción detallada de la empresa, seguida de un diagnóstico realizado para verificar la situación de la organización en materia de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional con respecto a los requisitos de la norma, para después llevar a cabo la planificación de las actividades a realizar, comenzando por establecer la política y los objetivos con la aprobación de la gerencia y seguido de actividades como el levantamiento de la matriz de peligros para los centros de trabajo, la documentación necesaria para darle soporte y poder mantener el sistema, el programa de inspecciones periódicas, entre otros; todo esto con el fin de apoyarse para la planeación e implementación de las actividades a desarrollar. Por último se desarrollan dos auditorías internas para verificar el cumplimiento de los requisitos y de los objetivos del sistema de Gestión y buscar el mejoramiento continuo dentro de la organización.
dc.description.abstractenglish	THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR YONDO, ANTIOQUIA, worrying for the well-being of his workers and / or visitors, it sees the need to design and implement a System of Management in Security and Occupational Health according to the NTC OHSAS 18001: 2007, with the aim to offer the necessary tools in order that the workers are in an environment of sure work and to consolidate the image of the company opposite to his people and other interested parts it brings the worry over of for the well-being of his workers. In this document the stages are described realized to achieve the fulfillment of the aims of the project of degree in the MUNICIPAL MAYOR YONDÓ. It Begins with a description detailed of the company, followed of a diagnosis realized to check the situation of the organization as for Security and Occupational Health with regard to the requirements of the norm, later to carry out the planning of the activities to realize, beginning for establishing the politics and The aims with the approval of the management and followed by activities like the raising of the matrix the dangers for the centers of work, the documentation necessary to give him support and to be able to support the system, the program of periodic inspections, between others; all that in order to rest for the planning and implementation of the activities to develop. Finally two internal audits develop to check the fulfillment of the requirements and of the aims of the system of Management and to look for the constant improvement inside the organization.
