dc.description.abstract	La introducción de las "ESPECIFICACIONES TÉCNICAS GENERALES DE MATERIALES Y CONSTRUCCIÓN PARA PROYECTOS DE INFRAESTRUCTURA VIAL Y DE ESPACIO PÚBLICO EN BOGOTA, D.C. - IDU ET 2005"., en los procesos constructivos en la ciudad de Bogotá, implica una serie de cambios y modificaciones comparadas con las normatividades utilizadas previamente en la ciudad (Especificaciones INVIAS 2002), éstos cambios están relacionados con la disponibilidad y costos de los materiales, disponibilidad de laboratorios y frecuencias de los ensayos de laboratorio exigidos. dc.description.abstractenglish	The introduction of the technical specifications :"ESPECIFICACIONES TÉCNICAS GENERALES DE MATERIALES Y CONSTRUCCIÓN PARA PROYECTOS DE INFRAESTRUCTURA VIAL Y DE ESPACIO PÚBLICO EN BOGOTA, D.C. - IDU ET 2005", in the construction processes in Bogotá , implied a series of changes and modifications compared to the previous that regulated the construction in the city (Specifications INVIAS 2002), this changes are related with availability and costs of materials, availability of laboratories, and frequencies of the laboratory tests demanded. Based on the need of evaluate the incidence of each one of these changes in the constructive process, and the economical repercussions that these have for the contractors of the road infrastructural sector, this thesis presents a comparative and preliminary evaluation that will be useful to identify the real incidence among processes of quality control and construction of pavements in Bogota. The evaluation is presented in two stages fundamentally. In the first one, the general characteristics and the changes that took place by the implementation of the Specifications IDU ET 2005 are shown as a comparison to the Specifications INVIAS 2002 for granular subbases, granular bases, Asphalt surface course and Asphalt intermediate layer. The second Stage proposes a specific project located in Bogotá, in which the costs of the materials, transportation and quality control for granular subbases, granular bases, Asphalt surface course and Asphalt intermediate layer, are evaluated individually.
