dc.description.abstract	El presente proyecto de grado, se desarrolló en la empresa EME Ingeniería S.A bajo la modalidad de práctica empresarial. La empresa presta servicios de consultoría, diseño y construcción de procesos de ingeniería y actualmente, ha desarrollado sus propios módulos de software que ayudan a realizar diferentes tareas necesarias en su labor diaria. Ahora, surge la necesidad de integrar dichos módulos y crear el sistema de gestión empresarial (SGI). Este trabajo, se centra específicamente en el área comercial y describe diferentes etapas que permitieron finalmente, estructurar aspectos lógicos y funcionales, así como identificar los requerimientos puntuales para el módulo de software de gestión dirigido a dicha área. Inicialmente el documento expone generalidades del proyecto, características de la empresa y fundamentos teóricos que guiaron el desarrollo del mismo. Seguidamente, se presenta el diagnostico que incluye la documentación de los procesos comerciales y el análisis de la información recopilada que contribuyo a la identificación de mejoras que posteriormente fueron implementadas en la organización. Finalmente se expone la estructura lógica y funcional del módulo dirigido al área comercial, su flujo de información y características principales. Todo lo anterior da paso a las conclusiones del proyecto y las recomendaciones para dar continuidad a los resultados obtenidos.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The present degree work was developed in the company EME Ingenieria S.A, in the modality of business practice. The company provides consulting, design and construction of engineering processes and currently, has developed its own software modules that help to perform different task involved in their daily work. Now, there is the need to integrate these modules and create the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). This paper focuses specifically on the commercial area, and describes different stages that eventually allowed the structuring of logical and functional aspects, as well as identifying the specific requirements for the management software module aimed to this area. Initially, the document sets out the generalities of the project, company characteristics and theoretical foundations that guided the development of the work. Next, diagnostic that includes the commercial processes documentation and the analysis of the information collected which contributed to the identification of improvements that were subsequently implemented in the organization. Finally it is exposed the logical and functional structure of the module aimed to the commercial area, its information flow and the main features. All this leads to the project conclusions and the recommendations to give continuity to the results.
