| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo expone claramente los conceptos de Universidad, espacio público, espacio físico, confianza legítima, buena fe y autonomía universitaria. Se han tomado estos conceptos como punto de referencia para tratar el tema del espacio físico de la Universidad Industrial de Santander en cuanto a su uso y permanencia dentro de la universidad. Uno de los temas que más ha causado controversia dentro de los estudiantes empleados, profesores; es el tema del espacio público Universitario y su uso, debido a que muchos integrantes de la comunidad universitaria y del público en general que ingresa al Campus Universitario. Cree que el espacio físico de la universidad Industrial de Santander, es de uso Público, y por ende pueden ingresar al campus universitario y desarrollar cualquier actividad, desconociendo que el espacio físico de la universidad, presta un objetivo especifico y es el de albergar la casa de estudios, por lo tanto al tener un uso exclusivo y restrictivo, el espacio físico de la Universidad no se le puede dar un uso como si fuera una calle, un parque o un andén, sino por el contrario el espacio de la universidad industrial de Santander cumple con una misión y una función específica y especial que es el desarrollo integral de la academia, por esta razón, la Universidad no puede tolerar que los miembros de la comunidad universitaria y la comunidad en general, hagan un uso indebido de sus instalaciones, por tal motivo este trabajo tiene como fin último, presentar una propuesta de reglamento para uso y manejo del espacio físico de la Universidad Industrial de Santander. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This work sets out clearly the concepts of University, public space, physical space, legitimate confidence, good faith and university autonomy. These concepts have been taken as datum point to deal with the subject the physical space about the Industrial University of Santander as far as their use and permanence within the university. One of the subjects that controversy within the employed students has caused more, professors; it is the subject of the University public space and its use, because many members of the university community and the public generally who enters the University Campus. It thinks that the physical space of the Industrial university of Santander, is of Public use, and therefore they can enter the university campus and develop any activity, not knowing that the physical space of the university, gives a specific objective and is the one to lodge the house of studies, therefore when having an exclusive and restrictive use, the physical space of the University cannot outside be given to a use as if a street, a park or a platform him, but on the contrary the space of the industrial university of Santander fulfills a mission and a specific and special function that is the integral development of the academy, therefore, the University it cannot tolerate that the members of the university community and the community generally, make a use illegal of their facilities, by such east reason work has like last aim, to present/display a proposal standard for use and handling of the physical space of the Industrial University of Santander. | |
