dc.description.abstract	La práctica jurídica social fue realizada con la intención de otorgar acompañamiento y seguimiento en materia constitucional a Docentes, Directivos Docentes y pensionados afiliados al sindicato de Educadores de Santander, todo lo anterior con las capacidades y conocimientos recibidos en la carrera de Derecho y Ciencia Política de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, además de la inducción otorgada en el Consultorio Jurídico del Sindicato a cargo de la Secretaría Genni Vega y la Directora del mismo Nodelia Parra. Durante estos cuatro meses de Práctica se cumplieron los objetivos planteados en la Propuesta dado que fue un trabajo constante donde se ayudó a los Docentes con cada uno de sus casos en particular, por medio de acciones constitucionales y legales, que les sirvieron de fundamentos para hacer valer sus Derechos. Con esto es necesario destacar el trabajo que se realiza en el Consultorio Jurídico del Sindicato y la enseñanza que me deja como su practicante dado que la experiencia adquirida con los trabajadores del Magisterio fue un gran aporte para mi vida tanto en el factor académico como en el factor social. Todo lo anterior con el fin de generar conciencia jurídica a los miembros del Sindicato y exhortando a los Educadores a la utilización de los mecanismos creados para la salvaguarda de derechos fundamentales. Esto fue reflejado en 41 acciones jurídicas tales como Tutelas, Derechos de Petición, Apelación por rembolso a la FIDUPREVISORA e Incidentes de desacatos.
