dc.description.abstract	La atención a la población infantil y en especial su formación ﬁes tarea de todosﬂ. En este sentido todos debemos colaborar para lograr una formación de calidad desde el inicio mismo de la vida extrauterina del ser humano. Existen varios campos en los cuales centrar al infante para procurarles una definición de su futuro desde que el niño empieza su etapa formativa. En el municipio de san Martín, cesar, el problema del cuidado de la niñez, es dejado a los centros especializados en este tipo de actividad, como son los hogares infantiles del ICBF y algunos de naturaleza privada, pero ninguno de ellos esta orientado hacia una disciplina especifica, solamente se dedican a cuidar los niños encomendados. La gran mayoría de los padres y madres de familia son trabajadores durante el día quedando solo la noche para estar con sus hijos. Desde hace algún tiempo ha surgido la preocupación de algunos padres de familia por, además de cuidar, orientar al infante desde temprana edad en alguna actividad especifica que vaya allanando el campo para que en un futuro temprano, la persona cuente con los elementos necesarios y posibilite el proceso académico y de formación provechoso. Basado en esta preocupación, se ha pensado en el montaje de un jardín infantil con énfasis en pedagogía. Para factibilidad este montaje se consultaron las diferentes fuentes de información existentes en el municipio y se realizaron los estudios correspondientes para conocer la aceptación y opinión de los habitantes del municipio de san Martin respecto de la necesidad y pertinencia de la oferta de un servicio de guardería con una formación pedagógica; También se calculo el tamaño ideal del proyecto, la localización favorable.
dc.description.abstractenglish	Attention to the child population and in particular training "is everyone's job." In this sense we must all work together to ensure quality training from the very beginning of extrauterine life of man. There are several areas in which to focus the infant to procure a definition of its future since the child begins its formative stage. In the municipality of San Martín, stop, the problem of caring for children, is left to centers specializing in this type of activity, such as children's homes of the ICBF and some private in nature, but none of them is oriented towards specific discipline, but are dedicated to caring for children entrusted. The vast majority of fathers and mothers are workers for the day leaving only the night to be with their children. For some time there has been concern from some parents for, in addition to care, guide the infant from an early age in some specific activity to be paving the field early in the future, the persons has the necessary elements and enables the academic process and training helpful. Based on this concern, has intended in the assembly of a kindergarten with an emphasis on pedagogy. For this show were consulted feasibility of different sources of information existing in the municipality and the relevant studies were conducted to determine the acceptance and opinion of the inhabitants of the municipality of St. Martin regarding the need and relevance of the offer of a day care service pedagogical training; also calculate the ideal size of the project, the favorable location.
