dc.description.abstract	Las Instituciones de formación para el trabajo y desarrollo humano tienen el desafío de diseñar programas pertinentes que respondan a las competencias demandadas en el desarrollo de funciones productivas, EFORSALUD como entidad prestadora de este servicio reconoce la necesidad de contar con los medios y la capacidad para ejecutar procesos formativos que respondan a los requerimientos del sector productivo y reúnan las condiciones para producir buenos resultados; razón por la cual la institución implementa el sistema de gestión de Calidad basado en la Norma NTC 5555, permitiendo con esta herramienta de gestión dirigir y evaluar el desempeño de todos los procesos logrando satisfacer las necesidades y requerimientos de sus clientes. En la primera etapa de este proyecto se realizó un diagnóstico para evaluar y determinar la situación actual de la Institución frente a los requisitos generales de la Norma NTC 5555, información a partir de la cual se definió la etapa de planificación, identificando las actividades a realizar durante el diseño, documentación e implementación del SGC. Durante la ejecución del proyecto se llevó a cabo un plan de sensibilización y capacitación a todo el personal con los temas relacionados a la implementación del SGC. Finalizada la etapa de la implementación, se continuó con la evaluación del SGC en la cual se realizaron auditorías internas logrando identificar las No conformidades, permitiendo de esta manera generar planes de acción correspondientes, para el mejoramiento continuo de la Institución y el cumplimiento de los requisitos de la norma.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The institutions of work education and human development are challenged to design relevant programs that meet the skills demanded in the development of productive functions, EFORSALUD as a service provider recognizes the need to have the means and ability to execute formative processes that meet the requirements of the productive sector and meet the conditions to produce good results, which is why the institution implements the quality management system based on Standard NTC 5555, allowing with this management tool to direct and evaluate the performance of all processes coping with all needs and customer requirements. In the first stage of this project a diagnostic was implemented to assess and determining the current status of the institution towards the requirements of the Standard NTC 5555, information from which was defined the planning stage, identifying the activities to be carried during the design, documentation and implementation of the QMS. During the execution of the Project, conducted an awareness and training plan was executed to all staff with issues related to the implementation of the QMS. After the stage of implementation was completed, we continued with the evaluation of QMS, in which were conducted internal audits planning to identify nonconformities, allowing us to generate action plans for the continuous improvement of the institution and enforcement for the standard requirements.
