dc.description.abstract	Con el compromiso en generar conocimiento útil a la universidad y a la sociedad, surge como iniciativa de investigación identificar y estructurar el perfil emprendedor del egresado de pregrado presencial UIS, a través de un estudio descriptivo transversal con la población objetivo del total acumulado de egresados en programas de pregrado hasta marzo 25 del 2014. El presente proyecto, pretende fortalecer el fomento a la cultura del emprendimiento en la universidad y promover la creación de un vínculo entre el sistema educativo y sistema productivo, mediante la formación en las competencias necesarias para desarrollar la cultura del emprendimiento, creándose la necesidad determinar y conocer las principales características y factores que determinan a un emprendedor. Para lograr obtener conocimiento de las características o factores que en el contexto mundial han sido validados y comprobados, los cuales definen al perfil emprendedor, se realiza una revisión literaria con la utilización de base de datos de Scopus, Web of science, Science direct, entre otras. Se definen como características a medir para determinar el perfil emprendedor del egresado de pregrado UIS: las demográficas (género y edad), el capital humano (educación, formación y experiencia laboral), las psicológicas (locus de control, carácter innovador, toma de riesgo y autoeficacia), y el entorno (familia). Se diseña el instrumento de recolección de datos con el propósito de identificar y estructurar el perfil emprendedor, el cual fue aplicado vía online a través de muestreo por conveniencia por medio de la bases de datos de la oficina de relaciones exteriores y de cada una de las escuelas de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, donde se presenta un total de participación de 394 egresados de pregrado presencial UIS. Los resultados obtenidos del proyecto se analizan a través del software SPSS para el análisis de correspondencia y el software STATA para el análisis econométrico, donde se introducen los datos del instrumento diseñado para medir y estructurar el perfil emprendedor del egresado UIS.
dc.description.abstractenglish	In commitment to provide useful knowledge to the university and society arise as a research initiative to identify and structure the graduate entrepreneurial profile of undergraduate degree from UIS, by means of a transversal descriptive study with the aim population of cumulative total of graduates in undergraduate programs until March, 25 th 2014. This project aims to strengthen the promotion of entrepreneurship culture in the university and promote the creation of a link between the education system and production system, through training in the skills needed to develop the culture of entrepreneurship, creating the need to determine and know the main features and factors that determine an entrepreneur. Order to achieve knowledge of the characteristics or factors in the global context have been validated and tested, which define entrepreneurial profile. A literature review is realized through a search based on the mental map of the resulting equation with the use of database Scopusd, Isis Web of Science, Science Direct, among others. Defined as characteristics to be measured to determine the entrepreneurial undergraduate graduate profile UIS: demographics (gender and age), human capital (education, training and work experience), psychological (locus of control, innovative character, risk taking and self-efficacy), and environment (family). Designs instrument to collect data with purposes of identify and structure the entrepreneurial profile, it was applied way online through convenience sampling by means of databases office of External Relations and each of the schools of Industrial University of Santander, where presents a total participation of 394 undergraduate UIS graduates. The results of the project are analyzed using the SPSS software for correspondence analysis and STATA software for econometric analysis, where were introduced data of the instrument designed for measuring and structuring entrepreneurial UIS graduate profile.
