dc.description.abstract	Este libro contiene la descripción del proceso de Diseño, Documentación e Implementación del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad de COMPARTA EPS-S, basado en los requisitos de la Norma ISO 9001:2000. El proceso inicia con una fase de diagnostico con el fin de determinar el estado en el que se encontraba la empresa frente a los requisitos exigidos por la Norma y así poder realizar la planificación del Sistema, elaborando la documentación, realizando el nombramiento del Representante de la Dirección como apoyo constante a la implementación del Sistema. Seguidamente se inició la elaboración de la documentación, iniciando con la Política y los Objetivos de Calidad, los documentos mandatorios, los requeridos por la organización y el Manual de Calidad. Finalizada la etapa de documentación del Sistema, se pasó a la etapa de implementación, con el fin de darlos a conocer al personal de COMPARTA EPS-S y poner en marcha lo establecido en ellos, dejando la evidencia en los registros que se habían creado. Posteriormente se realizó la primera y segunda auditoria interna con su respectivo plan de mejoramiento para corroborar el cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos por la Norma y crear acciones correctivas y preventivas de acuerdo a los hallazgos encontrados durante el desarrollo de esta actividad.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This book contains a description of the process of Design, Documentation and Implementation of System of Quality Management COMPARTA EPS-S, based on ISO 9001:2000 requirement. The process begins with a diagnostic phase in order to determine the state in which the company was facing the requeriments of the standart in order to do the planning system, preparing documentation, marking the appointment of the representative of the manager as support for the implementation of the system. After that preparation of documentation, starting with the policy and Quality objectives, the mandatory documents, required bye the organization and the quality manual. After the stage of system documentation, we moved on to the stage of implementation, in order to let the staff of COMPARTA EPS-S to know it; and implementing the system with the staff keeping a record of the things already done. Then, we conducted the first and second auditing with their respective internal plan improved with the requeriments of the standard and we created corrective and preventive actions according to the findings during the development of this activity.
