dc.description.abstract	El Consorcio LAS PACHAS, tiene por objeto promocionar, construir y comercializar los proyectos inmobiliarios.El departamento de ingeniería del Consorcio, es el encargado de ejecutar nuevos proyecto de forma integral, desde el momento de su concepción (mucho antes del inicio mismo de la construcción) hasta la culminación del mismo, incluyendo la elaboración de Estudios de Factibilidad Económica del proyecto, Planeación, Presupuesto, Ventas, Control del mismo y este a su vez ofrece la oportunidad para que estudiantes puedan realizar su práctica empresariales. El presente documento describe todas las actividades realizas durante la práctica empresarial en el departamento de ingeniería donde se colocalron en práctica todos los conocimientos adquiridos en la escuela de ingeniería civil de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, mediante el desempeño de funciones en el cargo de auxiliar de ingeniería en el Consorcio LAS PACHAS. Las actividades que se realizaron durante la práctica, son las relacionadas con las actividades preliminares a la ejecución de la obra, en donde se resaltan la corrección de planos utilizando el software AutoCAD, los cálculo del refuerzo estructural que se realizaron por medio de hojas de cálculo en Excel y programación de las actividades. Durante la ejecución de estas actividades se concluye que la información detallada y precisa en los planos es fundamental para realizar un buen proyecto.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The Company Las Pachas have the object of promote, build and market real states projects. The engineering department is responsible for implementing new project, from the moment of conception (long before the start of construction) until the completion thereof, including the preparation of Economic Feasibility, Planning, Budget, Sales, Control thereof and this in turn provides the opportunity for students to do their business practice. This document describes all activities execute during business practice in the engineering department where they were put into practice all the knowledge acquired in the faculty of civil engineering at the Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS), the occupation in the company was of assistant engineering. Is necessary to remember that the duration of the business practice was of sixteen weeks. The activities performed during practice were related to preliminary activities to the execution of the work, where the correction planes are highlighted using the AutoCAD software, the calculation of the structural reinforcement performed by the software Excel and programming activities of different stages of building. During the execution of these activities is concluded that detailed and accurate information on the plans is essential for a good project because it depends from the economic and constructive development of the work
