| dc.description.abstract | Este estudio ha tenido por objeto la elaboración de un sistema para administrar las actividades de mantenimiento para los equipos del área de producción de la Fábrica de Maquinaria Agroindustrial FAMAG LTDA. Se realizó en primer lugar una revisión en campo, verificando la cantidad y estado de los equipos sobre los cuales esta enfocado este trabajo. Seguidamente se procedió a obtener la información necesaria para elaborar la documentación operativa y de esta manera se pudo realizar el diseño del circuito de información, para el manejo de la información generada por mantenimiento. En el siguiente paso se determinó, a través del índice de criticidad de la línea de producción, el proceso y/o equipo crítico. Dada la importancia de la disponibilidad de estos equipos que componen el proceso critico, se diseñó entonces un plan de mantenimiento preventivo tendiente a garantizar la máxima confiabilidad posible. Además se consideró que el plan debe contener una parte de mantenimiento general para los restantes componentes de la línea de producción. Posteriormente se realizó una evaluación económica con el objeto de visualizar en cifras, los costos de las actividades de mantenimiento tendientes a determinar los presupuestos anuales. Finalmente se buscó establecer los índices adecuados que permitan evaluar los resultados del impacto de las labores de mantenimiento sobre la producción de la planta. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This study has had as a goal the elaboration of a system to administrate the maintenance activities for the production area of the factory. It was accomplished in the first place a review in field, verifying the quantity and the current state of the equipments on those which this focused our work. Subsequently it was proceeded to obtain the necessary information for the elaboration from the operative documentation and in this way it could be accomplished the design of the information circuit, for the managing of the information generated by maintenance. In the following step was determined. Through the index of critical of the production line, the process and/or critical equipment. Given the importance of the availability of these equipment that compose the critical process, was designed then a plan of tending preventive maintenance to guarantee the maximum possible reliability. Furthermore it was considered that the plan must contain a part of general maintenance for the remaining components of the production line. Thereinafter it was accomplished an economic evaluation in order to visualize in figures, the costs of the tending maintenance activities to determine the annual budgets.
