| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de grado, surge de la experiencia práctica realizada en el área de Recursos Humanos de Sistemas y Computadores S.A. en donde se dio origen a un proyecto social para dar respuesta a la Responsabilidad Social de la empresa. Todo lo presentado se lleva a cabo en el marco de la teoría de Sistemas y la teoría de Responsabilidad Social Empresarial permitiendo considerar la empresa como un sistema organizado, complejo, dinámico que responde a las expectativas del colaborador y de la sociedad. La organización consciente de ser un sistema que hace parte de un suprasistema comienza a dar cumplimiento a la responsabilidad social participando en la actividad comunitaria, conociendo sus necesidades y problemáticas, determinando la atención en salud como punto de acción. De esta manera surge PROSICK un proyecto social que busca educar y acompañar a población santandereana en el conocimiento y aplicación de sus derechos en el Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud. Todo el proceso de creación y operacionalización de este proyecto estuvo sustentado en los aportes de la disciplina del Trabajo Social que contribuyeron con lineamientos y métodos a partir del trabajo social organizacional. Igualmente se presenta el resultado de la experiencia práctica en Sistemas y Computadores S.A. permitiendo observar la participación del trabajador social en cada una de las etapas de la construcción de este proyecto, logrando no solo la presentar una propuesta, sino mejor aun lograr la implementación de la misma. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The present grade worksheet came from the practical experience made on the Human Resources Area of Sistemas y Computadores S.A. where a social project was born to give answers to the Social Responsibility of the enterprise. Every issue showed takes place on the field of the System Theory and the Enterprise Social Responsibility that allows considering the enterprise as a complex, dynamic and organized system that responses to the expectations of the collaborator and the society. The organization, conscious of being a system that belongs to a big system starts to make fulfillment of the social responsibility participating in the community activity, knowing their needs and troubles, examinating the health attention as point of action. From this way PROSICK arises, a social project that looks for educate and accompany the santandereana population in the knowledge and application of their rights in the General System of Social Security in Health All the process of creation and operacionalization of this project were supported in the efforts of the discipline of Social Works that contributed with alignments and methods made it on organizational social work. Also the results of the practical experience on Sistemas y Computadores S.A. allowing observing the participation of the social worker in each stage of the construction of this project, making not only to present a proposal, but even better make the implementation of the same task. | |
