dc.description.abstract	Con este documento se evidencia todo el proceso realizado durante la práctica en la Federación Nacional de Cafeteros de Colombia- Comité departamental de Norte de Santander. Durante el proceso de la ejecución de la práctica se apoyó con la oficina de desarrollo social del comité departamental de cafeteros de Norte de Santander, durante este periodo se trabajó en la gestión, formulación e implementación de proyectos en pro de los caficultores Norte santandereanos. Para la formulación de estos se tenía en cuenta la necesidad de los habitantes relacionados con esta actividad y cumpliendo la regla de oro de la entidad que se relaciona con el número de kilos de café pergamino seco recolectado en cada municipio (teniendo en cuenta el área sembrada), así mismo se destinarán recursos para cada uno de los municipios participantes, para esto se contaba con el apoyo de la oficina financiera asignando los recursos a cada municipio involucrado. Para que este café cumpla con todos los estándares de calidad y sea certificado se debe contar con maquinaria tecnificada como beneficiaderos ecológicos y secadores solares y así promoviendo ser amigable con el medio ambiente. Este periodo fue útil para la formación del practicante puesto que se fortalecieron valores de liderazgo, responsabilidad y servicio con la comunidad.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This document shows the whole process carried out during the practice in the National Federation of Coffee Growers of Colombia - Departmental Committee of Norte de Santander. During the process of implementing the practice, it supported the social development office of the departmental committee of coffee growers of Norte de Santander, during this period they worked on the management, formulation and implementation of projects for the benefit of North Santander coffee farmers. For the formulation of these was taken into account the need of the inhabitants related to this activity and fulfilling the rule of gold of the entity that is related to the number of kilos of dry parchment coffee collected in each municipality (taking into account the area planted), likewise resources will be allocated for each of the participating municipalities, for this the support of the financial office was allocated, allocating the resources to each municipality involved. In order for this coffee to comply with all quality standards and be certified, it must be equipped with advanced machinery such as ecological fertilizers and solar dryers, thus promoting being friendly to the environment. This period was useful for the formation of the practitioner since strengths of leadership, responsibility and service with the community were strengthened.
