| dc.description.abstract | MANTENIMIENTO Y MONTAJES ELÉCTRICOS DE COLOMBIA. MEC LTDA. Es una empresa de tipo familiar, prestadora de servicios en el Ramo de la Ingeniería eléctrica y la Refrigeración, radicada en la ciudad de Barrancabermeja-Santander-Colombia desde el año de 1.990 ,con un alcance del sistema de gestión de calidad en Montajes, Mantenimientos predictivos, preventivos y/o correctivos en motores eléctricos industriales y sistemas de aire acondicionado centralizado, tipo chiller, de ventana y mini split certificado bajo la norma NTC-ISO:9001:2000, participó en el PROGRAMA INTEGRAL PARA COLOMBIA EN EL COMPONENTE DE CALIDAD, COMPETITIVIDAD Y DESEMPEÑO DE LAS INDUSTRIAS COLOMBIANAS siendo el caso más exitoso de la ciudad, donde se reconoce la necesidad de elaborar el plan de mercadeo como herramienta de gestión que le permitirá posicionarse en el ámbito regional y nacional, utilizando la fortaleza de ser Taller Autorizado en motores eléctricos Siemens, incluyendo en el plan estratégico del nuevo año, las nuevas estrategias planteadas, siguiendo los pasos establecidos, las metodologías y tiempos para alcanzar los objetivos determinados, haciendo un engranaje con el resto de departamentos de la empresa (finanzas, producción, calidad, personal, etc..), para gestionar alianzas estratégicas nacionales o internacionales que le permitan nuevas inversiones , crecimiento y desarrollo.DEPTO.
