| dc.description.abstract | Este documento contiene el informe final de la práctica empresarial realizada en el proceso de apoyo Comunicación Institucional de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, en el cual se ejecutó el Diseño, Documentación, Implementación y Mejoramiento del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad (SGC) para el Proceso y Subprocesos basado en los requisitos de la Norma Técnica Colombiana ISO 9001:2000. El proyecto fue desarrollado bajo la metodología de Planear, Hacer, Verificar y Actuar o también llamado ciclo de mejora continua, contiene las bases conceptuales que sustentan la realización del diagnóstico inicial del Proceso en cuanto al cumplimiento de los requisitos de la norma, la planificación del Sistema, el diseño y estructura de la documentación necesaria para garantizar la conformidad con la norma y su etapa de implementación, además la Auditoría Interna y un plan de acción de mejora que fue ejecutado para garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos definidos, el proyecto concluye con el informe del estado final del proceso, conclusiones y recomendaciones que ayudarán a la consolidación y mejora del Sistema. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This document contains the final report of the managerial practice carried out in the process of support Institutional Communication of Universidad Industrial de Santander, in which was executed the Design, Documentation, Implementation and Improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) for the Process and Subprocesses based on the requirements of the Norm Colombian Technique ISO 9001:2000. The project was developed under the methodology to Drift, to Make, to Verify and to Act or also called cycle of continuous improvement, contains the conceptual bases that sustain the realization of the initial diagnosis of the process ace for the execution of the requirements of the Norm, the planning of the System, the design and structure of the necessary documentation to guarantee the conformity with the Norm and its implementation stage, also the internal audit and a plan of action of improvement that it was executed to guarantee the execution of the defined requirements, this project concludes with the report of the final state of the process, summations and recommendations that will help to the consolidation and improvement of the Quality Management | |
